Изобретение относится к коммунальному хозяйству и предназначено для использования при сборе и вывозе пластмассовых сосудов. Предлагаемая машина для сбора и вывоза пластмассовых сосудов содержит смонтированный на транспортном средстве кузов с загрузочным окном вверху, выталкивающей плитой внутри и задним бортом на шарнирах и замком, а также средство доставки в кузов собранных в контейнеры пластмассовых сосудов и систему управления. Новым является то, что предполагаемая машина дополнительно снабжена установленным вверху на кузове устройством смятия и уменьшения объёма собираемых пластмассовых сосудов, что дало возможность во много раз увеличить их вместимость в кузове, в результате чего удалось значительно уменьшить необходимое количество транспортный рейсов, расход горючесмазочных материалов и эксплуатационные затраты, повысилась эффективность работы и производительность. Новым в способе сбора и вывоза пластмассовых сосудов является то, что их сортировка от ненужных предметов осуществляется непосредственно на предлагаемой машине перед смятием и загрузкой в кузов, освобождая в нём место для дополнительного количества пластмассовых сосудов, при этом отпала необходимость в создании участка сортировки на перерабатывающем заводе и вывоза накапливающихся ненужных предметов на мусороперерабатывающий полигон, в результате чего удалось дополнительно уменьшить количество транспортный рейсов, расход горючесмазочных материалов и эксплуатационные затраты, повысить эффективность работы и производительность.The invention relates to utilities and is intended for use in the collection and export of plastic vessels. New is that the proposed machine is additionally equipped with a device for collapsing and reducing the volume of collected plastic vessels installed at the top of the body, which made it possible to increase their capacity in the body many times, resulting in a significant reduction in the required number of transport flights, fuel consumption and costs, increased work efficiency and productivity. A new method of collecting and transporting plastic vessels is that they are sorted from unwanted items directly on the proposed machine before collapsing and loading into the body, freeing up space for an additional number of plastic vessels, while eliminating the need to create a sorting section at the processing plant and removal of accumulated unwanted items to the landfill, as a result of which it was possible to further reduce the number of transport flights, fuel consumption Maintenance materials and operating costs improve work efficiency and productivity.
