Изобретение относится к средствам уплотнения балласта под шпалами при строительстве и ремонте железнодорожного полотна, конкретно к рабочему инструменту шпалоподбивочных машин. Способ получения износостойкой подбойки заключается в упрочнении лопатки подбойки по всем зонам жестко зафиксированными с помощью пайки твердосплавными пластинами (ТСП). Упрочняющие ТСП нижней кромки имеют в сечении форму двух разновеликих конусов со скругленными вершинами и общим основанием, которое имеет заплечики для установки с перекрытием на нижнюю кромку лопатки, а также для защиты ее тыльной стороны. Один из конусов является рабочей частью и имеет угол при вершине, равный или больше 90°. Другой, нерабочий конус, служит соединительным элементом с ответной выемкой в нижней части лопатки. Высота нерабочего конуса превышает высоту рабочего в 1,5-2,0 раза, что при жестком закреплении пайкой обеспечивает нижней кромке повышенную прочность и защиту от сколов лобовой, тыльной и торцевых частей лопатки. На лобовой и тыльной сторонах подбойки припаяны плоские ТСП, которые могут иметь любую геометрическую форму и размер, распределяются по поверхностям в количестве и на расстоянии друг от друга в соответствии с требованиями технологического процесса и имеют для надежности пайки с внешней стороны на толщину пластины по всему периметру фаску. Изобретение повышает срок службы подбойки, работающей в абразивной среде.The invention relates to the compaction of ballast under the sleepers in the construction and repair of railroad tracks, specifically to the working tool of tamping machines. The method of obtaining wear-resistant punching is hardening the paddle blade in all zones of hard-soldered carbide plates (TSP) fixed by soldering. Strengthening the TSP bottom edge have in cross section the shape of two differently sized cones with rounded tops and a common base, which has shoulders for installation with overlap on the lower edge of the blade, as well as to protect its back side. One of the cones is the working part and has an apex angle equal to or greater than 90 °. Another non-working cone serves as a connecting element with a reciprocal notch in the lower part of the blade. The height of the non-working cone exceeds the height of the worker by 1.5-2.0 times, which, when rigidly fixed by soldering, provides the lower edge with increased strength and protection against chipping of the frontal, rear and end parts of the blade. On the front and back sides of the tamping, flat TSPs are soldered, which can be of any geometric shape and size, distributed over the surfaces in number and at a distance from each other in accordance with the requirements of the technological process and have, for reliability, soldering from the outside to the thickness of the plate around the perimeter chamfer. The invention increases the service life of the collar, working in an abrasive environment.
