Abstract
Данное изобретение в целом относится к способу выполнения рельефного сварного соединения, по меньшей мере, между двумя частями (2, 3) обрабатываемой заготовки, при котором на обрабатываемой заготовке не остается поверхностных дефектов, причем указанный способ отличается тем, что он включает автоматизированную проверку качества отдельного сварного шва в процессе его выполнения без использования разрушающих методов контроля. Изобретение также относится к устройству (1, 4) для осуществления указанного способа, содержащему среди других характерных особенностей датчик усилия и датчик смещения.
