Abstract

Предлагаемая установка для розлива жидкостей содержит расположенные на опорной станине расходный резервуар и каретку на вертикальных направляющих, заливные головки на каретке, наливную штангу на каждой заливной головке с внутренним сквозным каналом; дозатор для соответствующих заливных головок, в каждой из которых входное отверстие соединено с соответствующим выпускным отверстием на расходном резервуаре через жесткий патрубок с краном, а выходное отверстие соединено со сквозным каналом соответствующей наливной штанги через гибкий патрубок; транспортер сосудов с приемной площадкой под заливными головками, отсекатель сосудов на входе и отсекатель сосудов на выходе приемной площадки. Новым является то, что каретка выполнена с возможностью размещения на ней необходимого количества заливных головок с шагом, равным длине (диаметру) основания самого крупногабаритного применяемого сосуда и снабжена устройством регулирования на ней расстояния между заливными головками в зависимости от разновидностей и габаритов применяемых сосудов; заливные головки снабжены запорными электровентилями, каждый из которых расположен вверху на соответствующей наливной штанге, а внизу на каждой штанге расположена потокоуспокаивающая насадка и центрирующий фиксатор горлышка сосуда, а также заливные головки снабжены индивидуальными датчиками отсутствия под ними сосудов; расходный резервуар снабжен датчиком критического уровня, установленного в нем на заданной высоте, соответствующей образованию внутри объема жидкости, достаточного только для разового заполнения всех сосудов на приемной площадке; дозаторы выполнены в видеThe proposed installation for bottling liquids contains a feed tank and a carriage on vertical guides located on the support frame, filler heads on the carriage, and a filling rod on each filler head with an internal through channel; the metering device for the respective filler heads, in each of which the inlet is connected to the corresponding outlet on the supply tank through a rigid nozzle with a tap, and the outlet is connected to the through channel of the corresponding filling rod through a flexible nozzle; a vessel transporter with a receiving platform under the filler heads, an inlet vessel cutter and a vessel cutter at the receiving site exit. New is that the carriage is made with the possibility of placing on it the required number of filler heads with a pitch equal to the length (diameter) of the base of the largest vessel used and is equipped with a device for regulating the distance between the filler heads on it depending on the types and dimensions of the vessels used; filler heads are fitted with shut-off electric fans, each of which is located at the top of the corresponding filling rod, and at the bottom of each rod is a flow-freeing nozzle and centering fixation of the vessel neck, and the fill heads are equipped with individual sensors for the absence of vessels under them; the supply tank is equipped with a sensor of a critical level installed in it at a given height corresponding to the formation of a volume of liquid inside only sufficient for one-time filling of all vessels at the receiving site; dispensers made in the form
