Изобретение относится к области охраны окружающей среды и предназначено для очистки воды и/или донных отложений естественных и антропогенных водоемов и водотоков от нефти и нефтепродуктов в местах их попадания в водные объекты при добыче, транспортировке и хранении. Очистка загрязненной воды и донных отложений при помощи осуществляется следующим образом. На поверхности воды устанавливается модуль поверхностной очистки 1, состоящий из активных бонов. Предварительно активные боны наполняются очищающим составом. В качестве очищающего состава используются алюмосиликаты - 2-25%, органические вещества - 55-96% и минеральные удобрения - 2-20%. Одновременно на дно водоема опускается флотатор 2, в который подается водовоздушная смесь от блока подачи водовоздушной смеси 3. В результате активизации донных отложений происходит отделение нефти и нефтепродуктов от донных отложений и транспорт флотируемого вещества по гибкому трубопроводу 4 в плавающую емкость-отстойник 5, где происходит локализации нефти и нефтепродуктов. Плавающая емкость-отстойник 5 транспортируется к берегу, где производится извлечение из нее нефти и/или нефтепродуктов и транспортировка на места ее переработки. Остатки поднятых со дна загрязнений с поверхности водоема собираются с помощью активных бонов. Основной технический результат - повышение эффективности очистки водоемов глубиной до 70 м. Очистка от нефти и нефтепродуктов происходит непосредственно в водоеме, на загрязненных участках.The invention relates to the field of environmental protection and is intended for the purification of water and / or bottom sediments of natural and anthropogenic water bodies and watercourses from oil and oil products in the places of their entry into water bodies during extraction, transportation and storage. Pre-active booms are filled with a cleansing compound. As a cleaning composition, aluminosilicates are used - 2-25%, organic matter - 55-96% and mineral fertilizers - 2-20%. At the same time, a flotation device 2 is lowered to the bottom of the reservoir, into which the air-air mixture is supplied from the water-air mixture supply unit 3. As a result of the activation of the bottom sediments, oil and oil products are separated from the bottom sediments and the flotation substance is transported through a flexible pipe 4 to the floating sediment tank 5, localization of oil and petroleum products. Floating tank-sump 5 is transported to the shore, where the extraction of oil and / or petroleum products from it and transportation to the places of its processing is carried out. Remains of dirt raised from the bottom of the reservoir are collected using active booms. The main technical result is an increase in the efficiency of cleaning ponds with a depth of up to 70 m. Purification from petroleum and petroleum products occurs directly in a pond in contaminated areas.
