Abstract
Петлевой реактор и способ полимеризации, включающий полимеризацию олефинов в жидком разбавителе для получения жидкой суспензии, содержащей частицы обычно твердого полимера, внутри петлевого реактора, осаждение полимера в выводе-отстойнике, выпуск из вывода-отстойника загрузки частиц посредством периодического открывания поворотного на 180° клапана выпуска продукта, расположенного в конце вывода-отстойника, причем клапан выпуска продукта приводят в действие пневматическим приводом двойного действия, пневматической системой управляют посредством системы, включающей пневматические управляющие клапаны, при этом усовершенствование заключается в использовании автоматических управляющих клапанов, которые представляют собой автоматические шаровые клапаны с V-образными канавками.
