Изобретение относится к способам обнаружения и оценки дефектов в листовом стекле и может быть использовано для определения однородности и контроля качества стекла, применяемого в различных областях народного хозяйства. Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что дефекты в стекле, а также локальные микронапряжения в массе стекла определяют за счет проявления выпуклых и вогнутых пятен и линейных полос в плоскости торцевой поверхности сквозного реза стеклянных пластин лазерным лучом, как результат взаимодействия равномерных растягивающих напряжений в процессе термораскалывания стекла и микронапряжений химических неоднородностей или включений. Предложенное техническое решение позволяет оперативно и эффективно обнаружить и оценить дефекты внутри стекла в пределах всего светового диаметра лазерного луча за одно измерение.The invention relates to methods for detecting and evaluating defects in sheet glass and can be used to determine uniformity and quality control of glass used in various fields of the national economy. The essence of the invention is that the defects in the glass, as well as local microstresses in the glass mass are determined by the manifestation of convex and concave spots and linear bands in the plane of the end surface of the through-cutting glass plates with a laser beam as a result of the interaction of uniform tensile stresses during thermal splitting of the glass and microstresses of chemical inhomogeneities or inclusions. The proposed technical solution allows you to quickly and efficiently detect and evaluate defects inside the glass within the entire light diameter of the laser beam in one measurement.
