Abstract

Способ приготовления гранул мочевины в грануляторе с псевдоожиженным слоем посредством использования по меньшей мере одного подающего устройства для подачи расплава мочевины в виде пленки в псевдоожиженный слой твердых зародышей мочевины, после чего зародыши растут благодаря затвердеванию расплава мочевины на зародышах, в котором количества биурета и воды в расплаве мочевины и в гранулах мочевины подчиняется следующему соотношению (1): b·b/W(W-W)=0,1-20, где b= мас.% биурета в расплаве мочевины; b= мас.% биурета в гранулах мочевины; W= мас.% воды в расплаве мочевины; W= мас.% воды в гранулах мочевины.
