Abstract
Настоящее изобретение обеспечивает способы поддержания требуемого распределения частиц по размерам в реакционной системе оксигенат-в-олефин. В одном из предпочтительных вариантов изобретение включает замещение потерянной каталитической мелочи менее активными частицами сокатализатора. Путем добавления менее активных частиц сокатализатора в реакционную систему можно поддерживать требуемые характеристики сжижения и гидродинамические показатели, без воздействия на общую (или первичного катализатора) производительность катализатора и селективности по продуктам. Изобретение также направлено на множество частиц катализатора, имеющее требуемое распределение частиц по размерам, хорошо подходящее для реализации идеального сжижения и гидродинамических показателей.
