Для осуществления забора лимфы необходимо дренажную пластинку баллона привести в тесное соприкосновение с устьем лимфатических коллекторов в области венозных углов, это достигается тем, что объём баллона увеличивается путём введение физ. раствора в её полость через гидравлический катетер.
