Abstract
The invention relates to medical equipment, namely, devices for collecting lymph from the mouth of large lymphatic collectors, flowing into the left and right venous corners. The device is a double-wall elastic balloon T-shaped with two catheters: hydraulic and aspiration. The inner wall of the balloon forms an open lumen for free blood flow in the area of the venous corners. The outer wall of the balloon is facing the endothelium of the venous angle and is equipped with a drainage plate with an aspiration catheter for collecting lymph. The cavity between the inner and outer walls of the cylinder is closed, its volume is regulated by a hydraulic catheter. For the implementation of the lymph intake, it is necessary to bring the drainage plate of the balloon into close contact with the mouth of the lymphatic reservoirs in the area of the venous corners, this is achieved by increasing the volume of the balloon by introducing physical. solution into her cavity through a hydraulic catheter. Then, an aspiration catheter creates a negative pressure (aspiration) on the surface of the balloon drain plate - aspiration facilitates the active outflow of lymph from the mouth of lymphatic collectors.
