Abstract
Данное изобретение относится к способу термической обработки твердых частиц, в частности термического разложения солей, в котором твердые частицы нагревают до температуры от 200 до 1400°C в реакторе (1) с псевдоожиженным слоем, и к соответствующей установке. Для улучшения использования энергии и разложения солей предлагается вводить первый газ или смесь газов снизу через предпочтительно центральную трубу (3) подачи газа в смесительную камеру (7) реактора, при этом труба (3) подачи газа, по меньшей мере, частично окружена неподвижным кольцевым псевдоожиженным слоем (10), который псевдоожижается посредством подачи газа псевдоожижения, и скорость первого газа или смеси газов и скорость псевдоожижающего газа для кольцевого псевдоожиженного слоя (10) регулируют так, что число Фруда для частиц в трубе (3) подачи газа находится от 1 до 100, в кольцевом псевдоожиженном слое (10) от 0,02 до 2 и в смесительной камере (7) от 0,3 до 30.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
