Abstract
Изобретение относится к строительству, в частности к многоэтажными высотным жилым и общественным зданиям с повышенной устойчивостью к сейсмическим, техногенным и несанкционированным воздействиям. Технический результат: обеспечение требуемой надежности при техногенном или несанкционированном воздействии, а также минимизация материалоемкости здания. Предлагаемое высотное здание включает фундаментные конструкции 1, центральный ствол жесткости 2, многоярусную первичную несущую конструкцию с горизонтальными опорными платформами 3 над каждым ярусом и выносными колоннами 4. Опорная платформа 3 коробчатой конструкции включает ригели 5, образующие перекрестную раму, жестко связанную с центральным стволом жесткости 2 и замкнутого по периметру ригелями 6. Ригели 5 и 6 поверху и понизу объединены горизонтальными плитами 7. В выносных колоннах 4 выполнена сквозная на высоту яруса продольная арматура 8, заанкеренная по концам в платформах 3 или в фундаментной конструкции 1. Многоэтажные вторичные несущие конструкции в пределах каждого яруса высотного здания оперты на фундаментные конструкции 1 или на опорные платформы 3 и включают пространственный каркас, образованный колоннами 10, плитами перекрытий 11 и вертикальными диафрагмами жесткости 12.
