Предлагаемое высотное здание включает фундаментные конструкции 1, центральный ствол жесткости 2, многоярусную первичную несущую конструкцию с горизонтальными опорными платформами 3 над каждым ярусом и выносными колоннами 4. Опорная платформа 3 коробчатой конструкции включает ригели 5, образующие перекрестную раму, жестко связанную с центральным стволом жесткости 2 и замкнутого по периметру ригелями 6. Ригели 5 и 6 поверху и понизу объединены горизонтальными плитами 7.
