Abstract

Совместное моделирование поверхностных трубопроводов и оборудования, а также подземных пластов-коллекторов и скважин показало, что оно имеет критически важное воздействие на разработку месторождения и на её оптимизацию. Интегрированные модели часто являются необходимыми для надлежащего анализирования взаимодействия в отношении давления между пластом-коллектором и ограниченной сетью поверхностных трубопроводов и производственного оборудования или для прогнозирования изменяющегося состояния нескольких месторождений, которые могут иметь различные флюидные композиции и распределенное производственное оборудование общего пользования. Последнее получает потрясающую значимость при современной разработке месторождения с глубоководным залеганием флюидов. Освоение этих месторождений требует комплексного решения проблемы получения следующих возможностей: балансирование модели поверхностной сети трубопроводов с моделью имитирования пласта-коллектора, достигаемое устойчивым и эффективным способом; объединение моделей многих пластов-коллекторов, сетей трубопроводов для добычи флюидов и сетей трубопроводов их закачивания, а также синхронизация их последовательной эксплуатации во времени; наличие возможности использования в моделях пластов-коллекторов и поверхностных сетей независимых описаний их собственных флюидов (описаний тяжелой нефти или композиций с различными наборами псевдо-компонентов); применение глобальных ограничений добычи и закачивания к объединенной системе (включая передачу между пластами-коллекторами повторно закачиваемых флюидов). В этой заявке на выдачу патента на изобретение описывается универсальный контроллер для объединения многоуровневых пластов-коллекторов и сети трубопроводов, имеющий все эти вышеупомянутые признаки. Контроллер осуществляет связь с выбором программ моделирований пластов-коллекторов и программ моделирований поверхностных сетей трубопроводов посредством открытого интерфейса для пропуска сообщений. Он управляет балансированием пластов-коллекторов и поверхностных сетей трубопроводов, а также синхронизирует их работу, последовательную во времени. Контроллер также применяет глобальные ограничения добычи и закачивания и определяет потоки углеводородных флюидов между различными наборами псевдокомпонентов, используемыми в моделях имитирования.
