Abstract

В заявке описаны способы определения и регулирования характеристик полимера в оперативном режиме в реакторной установке для полимеризации, такой как реактор с псевдоожиженным слоем. Способы включают получение регрессионной модели для определения характеристики полимера, регрессионная модель включает загрузки главных компонентов и вклады главных компонентов, получение спектра КР образца полиолефина, включающего полиолефин, расчет нового вклада главного компонента не менее чем по части спектра КР и загрузкам главных компонентов и расчет характеристики полимера путем использования нового вклада главного компонента в регрессионной модели. Характеристику можно регулировать путем регулирования не менее одного параметра полимеризации на основании рассчитанной характеристики полимера.
