Abstract
Способ переработки твердых органических отходов путем двухкратной обработки отходов рабочей средой с нагревом до температуры деструкции и выдержкой в рабочей среде при температуре деструкции до получения газообразного продукта разложения и твердого остатка с последующей конденсацией углеродсодержащего целевого продукта, в котором на стадии первой обработки рабочей средой отходы нагревают при непрерывном изменении пространственного положения по заданной траектории до температуры второй обработки, при этом вторую обработку ведут путем выдержки в рабочей среде непосредственно после первой обработки, причем температуру второй обработки устанавливают, по меньшей мере, не ниже температуры деструкции. Устройство для переработки твердых органических отходов, содержащее реактор с рабочей камерой, снабженный средством нагрева, средством подвода теплоносителя, связанным с кожухом рабочей камеры и со средством нагрева, средством создания и подачи рабочей среды в рабочую камеру и средством выгрузки твердого остатка, средство загрузки отходов в реактор, снабженное питателем и связанное с рабочей камерой реактора, систему конденсации газообразного продукта разложения отходов с системой разделения продуктов конденсации, при необходимости, связанную с рабочей камерой реактора, а также, при необходимости, измельчитель отходов, также содержит дополнительную камеру, снабженную кожухом, вход которой связан со средством загрузки отходов, а выход непосредственно связан с входом рабочей камеры, при этом дополнительная камера снабжена средством задания траектории, выполненным с возможностью изменения пространственного положения перерабатываемых отходов в непрерывном режиме между входом и выходом дополнительной камеры, а средство подвода теплоносителя дополнительно связано с кожухом дополнительной камеры, по меньшей мере, в зоне выхода дополнительной камеры.A method of processing solid organic waste by double treatment of waste with a working medium with heating to a degradation temperature and aging in a working medium at a degradation temperature to obtain a gaseous decomposition product and a solid residue, followed by condensation of the carbon-containing target product, which is heated at continuous change of the spatial position along a given trajectory to the temperature of the second treatment, while the second treatment is carried out Uteem extracts the working medium immediately after the first treatment, wherein the second treatment temperature is set to at least not lower than the decomposition temperature.
