Abstract

Описан способ определения дозировок, получаемых объектом, подлежащим экспонированию обрабатывающим источником по меньшей мере в одном определенном местоположении от обрабатывающего источника. Приведенный в качестве примера способ включает определение точки на объекте (фиг. 3, операция на шаге 138). Затем определяют фиксированные зоны и изменяемые зоны. Далее предварительно вычисленные длины между точкой на объекте и обрабатывающим источником идентифицируют в каждом по меньшей мере одном определенном местоположении (фиг. 4, операция на шаге 158). Затем вычисляют дозировку обработки для точки на объекте в каждом по меньшей мере одном определенном местоположении (фиг. 4, операция на шаге 160), при вычислении используют предварительно вычисленные длины. Также предложено устройство для обработки экспонируемого объекта и система обработки.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
