Abstract

Способ соединения по меньшей мере двух спеченных изделий для формирования составной конструкции, включающий в себя обеспечение наличия первого спеченного изделия, содержащего первый многокомпонентный металлический оксид, имеющий перовскитовую или флюоритовую кристаллическую структуру; обеспечение наличия второго спеченного изделия, содержащего второй многокомпонентный металлический оксид, имеющий вторую кристаллическую структуру такого же типа, как и первый оксид; и обеспечение наличия на месте соединения соединительного материала, содержащего по меньшей мере один оксид металла, содержащий по меньшей мере один металл, идентичным образом содержащийся по меньшей мере в одном из первого и второго многокомпонентных металлических оксидов. Соединительный материал не содержит катионов Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, P и Te и имеет температуру плавления ниже температур спекания обоих спеченных изделий. Соединительный материал нагревают до температуры выше температуры плавления металлического(их) оксид(ов) и ниже температур спекания спеченных изделий для формирования соединительного шва. Описаны также конструкции, содержащие такие соединения.
