Abstract
Устройство для выполнения разреза в веществе с помощью облака гармоничной плазмы. Система радиочастотного генератора формирует импульсную или незатухающую гармоническую электромагнитную волну, которую передают возбужденным передающим режущим электродным наконечником. Полученную генерированную электромагнитную волну используют для инициирования плазменного облака такими процессами, как тепловая ионизация и фотоэлектронная эмиссия, которые затем инициируют лавину Таунсенда для заряженных элементарных частиц на поверхности возбужденного передающего режущего электродного наконечника. Полученную электромагнитную волну согласуют по полному сопротивлению, частоте, мощности с плазменным облаком и настраивают ее на него, чтобы сохранять и регулировать облако гармоничной плазмы со сниженными турбулентностью и хаотичностью элементарных частиц. Полученное облако гармоничной плазмы формирует покрытие по поверхности возбужденного передающего электродного наконечника, и также уменьшает энергию, которую должен обеспечивать усилитель мощности плазменного режущего устройства согласно настоящему изобретению.
