Abstract
The invention relates to engine, namely to the fuel injection equipment of internal combustion engines. The objective of the invention is to improve the quality of fuel injection and a significant simplification of the design of the nozzle, improving the durability of the nozzle. The problem is solved in that the fuel is supplied in the form of a solid hollow cone with a spray angle of more than 50 ° through an annular gap formed by the conical surface of the valve and the conical seat in the spray housing. The task is solved by the fact that the valve is made with a plate, facing end of the plate into the engine cylinder, and a conical seating surface to the spray gun body saddle; elastic deformation of the valve stem, on the opposite side of the valve plate mounted means for creating a preliminary elastic preload of the stem. There are other differences from the prototype. The advantage of the proposed method and device is the absence of movable material masses, and therefore inertial resistance, which allows you to work on high-speed and high-revving engines. In addition, this method is easily amenable to automation of control, both in quantity and in quality of the supplied fuel. Significantly simplified nozzle design.
