Abstract
Область техники: разогрев и последующий слив из цистерны загустевшего вязкого материала, преимущественно вязких нефти и нефтепродуктов в холодный период года. Сущность изобретения: по способу нагрев производят подачей пара через сопла погружного нагревателя, предварительно измеряют фактическую температуру загустевшего материала и нагрев выполняют в две стадии, разделенные между собой технологической паузой, во время которой пар не подается, и на первой стадии загустевшему материалу сообщается прирост температуры, а продолжительность указанной технологической паузы определяется в зависимости от результатов измерения переменной глубины зеркала ванны неслитых остатков материала, а также от результатов измерения переменной высоты расположения сопел указанного погружного нагревателя относительно указанного зеркала ванны неслитых остатков материала, прекращая указанную технологическую паузу в подаче пара при негативном результате разницы значений измерений глубины указанного зеркала ванны неслитых остатков материала и высоты расположения сопел указанного погружного нагревателя относительно этого зеркала.
