Abstract
Изобретение относится к устройствам для сбора и отвода воды с наземных дорожных покрытий и может быть использовано при благоустройстве дворов, скверов, садов, парков и т.п. Настоящее изобретение за счет заданной геометрии дождеприемного бетонного лотка решает задачу упрощения технологии его изготовления. Кроме того, оно позволяет повысить срок эксплуатации элемента дождеприемного канала при оптимальной геометрии размеров бетонного лотка и простоте всей его конструкции. Поставленная задача решается тем, что элемент поверхностного дождеотводного канала содержит дождеприемный лоток из бетона, в поперечном сечении имеющий прямоугольный профиль внешней поверхности и U-образный профиль внутренней поверхности, вместе образующие в верхней части дождеприемного лотка продольные боковые борта с горизонтальными опорными поверхностями шириной t. Элемент канала содержит также металлическую решетку. При этом на одной из торцевых поверхностей дождеприемного лотка выполнены выступы, а на второй торцевой поверхности дождеприемного лотка выполнены впадины, ответные выступам. Новым в заявленном элементе поверхностного дождеотводного канала, прежде всего, является определенная геометрия профиля бетонного лотка. А именно, боковые борта дождеприемного лотка в верхней части отстоят друг от друга на расстоянии, равном 4,5-5,5 t, высота бортов выбирается из диапазона 2,5-3,5 t, при этом в профиле борта по внутренней поверхности ссужаются к дну под углом, равным 9-12°, и сопряжены между собой по радиусу, а минимальная толщина дна дождеприемного лотка выбирается из диапазона 0,9-1,1 t. The channel element also contains a metal grid. At the same time, protrusions are made on one of the end surfaces of the gutter tray, and depressions are made on the second end surface of the gutter tray, which correspond to the protrusions. New in the claimed element of the surface drainage channel, first of all, is the specific geometry of the concrete tray profile. Namely, the lateral sides of the intake tray in the upper part are separated from each other by a distance of 4.5-5.5 t, the height of the sides is selected from the range of 2.5-3.5 t, while in the profile of the flange on the inner surface they are leveled to the bottom at an angle of 9-12 °, and are interconnected along the radius, and the minimum thickness of the bottom of the rain-receiving tray is selected from the range of 0.9-1.1 t.
