Abstract

Элемент (12) теплообменника, имеющий внутренний канал, в котором размещен дефлекторный узел (14), создающий, по меньшей мере, две раздельные зоны потоков внутри канала. Дефлекторный узел (14) включает пару дефлекторов (18, 26), из которых первый дефлектор (18) имеет первую периферийную часть (22), находящуюся в контакте со стенкой (16) элемента (12) теплообменника с образованием между ними непроницаемого для жидкости уплотнения. Кроме того, первый дефлектор имеет вторую периферийную часть (24), расположенную на расстоянии от стенки (16) элемента (12) теплообменника с образованием между ними периферийного зазора (32). Второй дефлектор (26) также имеет периферийную часть (30), находящуюся в контакте со стенкой (16) элемента (12) теплообменника с образованием между ними непроницаемого для жидкости уплотнения. Вторая периферийная часть (30) второго дефлектора (26) находится в контакте со второй периферийной частью (24) первого дефлектора (18), так что дефлекторы (18, 26) соединены друг с другом в один узел. В предпочтительном варианте выполнения периферийный зазор (32) между первым и вторым дефлекторами (18, 26) соединен с атмосферой через отверстие (34). В результате, можно вводить и удалять припой из элемента (12) теплообменника через отверстие (34) для закрепления на месте с помощью пайки твердым припоем дефлекторов (18, 26).
