Abstract
Предложена самосоздающаяся сеть. Изобретение реализуют посредством неиерархической сети, имеющей рекурсивную структуру. Система и составляющие ее сети структурно соединены с окружающей средой посредством интерпретационных процессов. Система включает множество кибернетических устройств, которые адаптированы для функционирования и в виде инфраструктуры сети и средств, посредством которых сетевые услуги предоставляются пользователям сети. Эти кибернетические устройства обмениваются информацией с другими кибернетическими устройствами таким способом, чтобы сеть находилась в форме рекурсивной, неиерархической сетки, которая является самоподобной. Кибернетические устройства конкретно могут быть адаптированы, чтобы контролировать или «следить» за одним или более другими кибернетическими устройствами, функционирующими на более низком уровне агрегации или сложности.
