Abstract

(57) В заявке описан способ извлечения ценного металлического компонента выщелачивающего раствора, подкисленного серной кислотой, экстракцией растворителем и последующей заключительной стадией извлечения продукта, например стадией электролитического выделения, при осуществлении которого на первой стадии осаждения последовательно повышают рН выщелачивающего раствора для осаждения присутствующих железа и мышьяка, этот первый осадок удаляют и на последующей стадии осаждения практически полностью осаждают ценный металлический компонент выщелачивающего раствора. Образующийся осадок, включающий ценный металл и гипс, удаляют и выщелачивают в кислой среде с целью повторного растворения ценного металлического компонента, а образующийся таким образом кислотный раствор совместно с его металлическим компонентом направляют в контур экстракции растворителем, в котором этот металлический компонент в существенной степени переводят в кислотный электролит, из которого извлекают металл или какой-либо другой конечный продукт. Кислотный раствор, обедненный ценным металлом, отводимый со стадии экстракции растворителем, можно возвращать на стадию, на которой ценный металлический компонент повторно растворяют, а когда для извлечения конечного продукта применяют электролитическое выделение, электролит, обедненный ценным металлом, со стадии электролитического выделения можно возвращать в контур экстракции растворителем.
