Abstract

Привод клапанов управления, используемых в электрогидравлических системах управления, осуществляется от электромагнитных электромеханических исполнительных устройств или от электродвигательных электромеханических исполнительных устройств. Недостатком электромагнитного исполнительного устройства является то, что при кратковременных перерывах в подаче электропитания исполнительное устройство подает на клапан управления сигнал размыкания, в то время как недостатком электродвигательного исполнительного устройства является то, что при полном отключении электропитания исполнительное устройство не может самостоятельно выдать по запросу сигнал размыкания на клапан управления. Предложенное изменение, касающееся клапана управления, позволяет получить средство для выработки сигнала размыкания вне зависимости от типа использованного электромеханического исполнительного устройства, а также устранить указанный недостаток электродвигательного исполнительного устройства. Для создания реакции размыкания использован дополнительный поршень (соединенный со штоком электродвигательного исполнительного устройства), который установлен между штоком исполнительного устройства и клапаном управления. Поверхностная зона дополнительного поршня и одна из поверхностных зон клапана управления нагружены давлением из масляной линии размыкания гидравлической системы. Нагруженная поверхностная зона клапана управления создает усилие в направлении, противоположном направлению размыкания, в то время как усилие дополнительного поршня действует в направлении, которое требуется для размыкания.
