Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, namely to infusion salt solutions with detoxifying properties due to the manifestation of antihypoxic, antioxidant and hepatoprotective properties. The objective of the invention is the creation of a detoxifying salt infusion solution with high antihypoxic, antioxidant and hepatoprotective activity with low toxicity and having an osmolarity close to the osmolarity of the blood plasma. The solution of this task is achieved by obtaining a detoxifying infusion solution based on a new active component — sodium glucamine succinate of the general formula: Na [НОСН (СНОН) СНННСН] [ООС СНССОО]], which is formed directly in a solution of succinic acid, caustic soda and N-methylglucamine and containing ( wt.%): 0.4–0.6 sodium chloride, 0.011–0.013 magnesium chloride, 0.027–0.033 potassium chloride, 1.4–1.6 sodium glucamine succinate, the rest is water for injection. The inventive infusion solution in the process of detoxification of the body allows not only to normalize water and electrolyte balance, but also significantly reduce the hypoxia of organs and tissues, as well as enhance the release of toxins by liver cells (hepatoprotective activity). In addition, the claimed drug has a pronounced antioxidant effect, protecting the cell membranes of the body from free-radical particles that occur during intoxication.
