Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу конверсии углеводородов. В соответствии с данным способом газообразное или жидкое углеводородное сырье направляют в реактор с циркуляционным псевдоожиженным слоем, в котором сырье подвергается конверсии при высокой температуре под действием твердых частиц, находящихся в псевдоожиженном состоянии, а конвертированные углеводородные продукты извлекают из реактора в газовой фазе. В соответствии с изобретением используется реактор с циркуляционным псевдоожиженным слоем (1-3; 41-43), имеющий в осевом направлении кольцевое поперечное сечение. Реактор оснащен циклоном (14, 17; 52, 63), имеющим множество входных каналов и предназначенным для отделения твердых частиц от газообразных продуктов реакции. Реакционная полость в вертикальной трубе (13; 50) заключена между концентричными цилиндрическими и/или коническими охватывающими поверхностями. Отделение твердых частиц от газообразных продуктов реакции осуществляется с помощью циклона с множеством входных проходов, оборудованного лопаточной решеткой (14; 63).Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
