Abstract
Раскрывается способ крупномасштабного выделения и очистки плазмидной ДНК посредством крупномасштабной ферментации микробных клеток. С использованием этого способа все три формы плазмидной ДНК, а именно сверхспиральная (форма I), незамкнутая или релаксированная кольцевая (форма II) и линеаризованная (форма III), могут быть выделены отдельно. С помощью раскрытого способа получают высокоочищенную ДНК, пригодную для включения в фармацевтическую композицию.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.A method for large-scale isolation and purification of plasmid DNA by means of large-scale fermentation of microbial cells is disclosed. Using this method, all three forms of plasmid DNA, namely, superhelix (Form I), open or relaxed circular (Form II) and linearized (Form III), can be separated. Using the disclosed method, highly purified DNA suitable for inclusion in a pharmaceutical composition is prepared. The international application was published along with an international search report.
