Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к средствам, в том числе емкостям, резервуарам для хранения или транспортировки горючих и/или взрывоопасных жидких материалов. Данная емкость состоит из корпуса с заливочной горловиной и наружным защитным элементом (покрытием), а также защитного элемента и отличается тем, что в ней защитный элемент выполнен пористым из открытоячеистого пенополиуретана или отрезков перфорированной алюминиевой фольги трехмерной структуры с размерами пустот между ее перегородками, равными 3-7 мм, и размещен на металлической решетке, вмонтированной внутри корпуса на расстоянии 2/3 высоты от заливочной горловины, при этом общий объем защитного пористого элемента составляет 50-65% от общего объема корпуса емкости, а наружное покрытие выполнено в виде трех слоев, первый из которых выполнен из эластичного полимерного самозатягивающегося материала и закреплен на корпусе емкости посредством клеевого соединения, второй - из теплоизолирующего материала на основе стеклянных или базальтовых волокон, а третий - из огнезащитного материала, причем второй слой связан с первым и третьим посредством механических соединительных элементов, а соотношение указанных слоев по толщине составляет, соответственно, 1,0:2,0-2,5:0,3-0,4.The present invention relates to means, including containers, tanks for storing or transporting combustible and / or explosive liquid materials.
