Description
Field of technology
The present invention relates to the field of agrochemistry, namely to a fungicidal fertilizer composition containing potassium phosphite and γ-polyglutamic acid.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION γ-polyglutamic acid (γ-PGA), also known as natto gum, is a water-soluble, biodegradable, non-toxic biopolymer produced by microbial fermentation. γ-PHA is a homopolyamino acid consisting of glutamic acid monomers linked by amide bonds. It has the advantages of excellent biodegradability, high sorption and non-toxicity. The addition of γ-PHA to a complex fertilizer can reduce the loss of nutrients in fertilizers, improve their utilization and regulate plant growth. It has significant effects on rice, wheat, corn, vegetables, fruit trees, flowers and other plants and can significantly improve crop yields.
Phosphorous acid, with the molecular formula H3PO3, is a common acid that has one less oxygen atom than phosphoric acid, but it differs significantly from phosphoric acid in physical and chemical properties and uses. In the 1970s, researchers from RhonePoulenc, while screening fungicides, discovered the activity of phosphite compounds against certain fungi. In 1977, phosethyl aluminum was developed and commercialized. Sodium phosphite and calcium phosphite were later confirmed to have fungicidal activity, but they have not been commercially available since the 1980s. Potassium phosphite was originally developed in Australia and registered as a fungicide. In the 1990s, there was widespread use of potassium phosphite in the United States, either as a fungicide or fertilizer. Marketing authorizations for fungicides containing potassium phosphite have been filed in the United States. Registered crops include vegetables, fruit trees, lawn grass, flowers, potatoes, etc. The main diseases for the prevention and treatment of which potassium phosphite has been used are late blight, downy mildew, Pythium root rot, powdery mildew, rot, fusarium wilt, anthracnose, early late blight, bacterial diseases and even yellow shoots of citrus fruits. Application methods include spraying, root soaking, irrigation and injection. In many cases, potassium phosphite is used as a fertilizer to provide phosphorus and potassium to crops.
Due to the long-term and unjustified use of chemical pesticides and chemical fertilizers, soil pollution increases, while the concentration of individual nutrients in the soil becomes too high, which not only causes additional phase reactions in the soil, but also leads to the formation of harmful substances in the soil, as well as is the main cause of soil compaction in some areas, causing reduced crop yields and deterioration in the quality of agricultural products. In addition, since most pesticides and fertilizers cannot be used simultaneously or have the same effect when used together, pesticides and fertilizers must be applied separately, which increases operational costs. Therefore, the development of new types of fungicidal fertilizers, especially the development of combined and environmentally friendly fungicidal fertilizers, is an important means of achieving sustainable agricultural development.
Disclosure of the invention
The technical problem solved by the present invention is to create a fungicidal fertilizer that is safe and does not have a negative impact on the environment, taking into account the shortcomings of the prior art.
The object of the present invention can be achieved using the following technical solutions.
A fungicidal fertilizer composition is provided containing active components including γ-polyglutamic acid and potassium phosphite.
Phosphoric acid has some effect on diseased plants, but due to its strong acidity it is not suitable for spraying some crops. Phosphoric acid is usually neutralized with an alkali. Usually an alkali is used, which includes, for example, potassium hydroxide. Phosphoric acid reacts with potassium hydroxide to form the monopotassium salt of phosphoric acid (i.e., primary potassium phosphate) and the dipotassium salt (i.e., secondary potassium phosphate). Therefore, in the present invention, potassium phosphite refers to the general term of monopotassium salt and dipotassium phosphoric acid salt, and may also be a mixture of monobasic potassium salt and dibasic potassium phosphoric acid salt.
Through research, the inventors of the present invention have found that γ-polyglutamic acid and potassium phosphite provide a synergistic effect and have a complementary effect to promote crop growth and control crop diseases, and can also be used as an excellent fungicidal fertilizer composition.
Кроме того, весовое соотношение двух компонентов может быть 1:10-300 и более предпочтительно -1:15-150.A suitable weight ratio between γ-polyglutamic acid and potassium phosphite is 1:8-400 and preferably 1:10-350. Moreover, the weight ratio of the two components may be 1:10-300, and more preferably -1:15-150.
The synergistic and complementary effects of γ-polyglutamic acid and potassium phosphite are as follows.
1. Obvious effect on crop disease resistance. Potassium phosphite decomposes into phosphoric acid and potassium when sprayed onto the surface of crops. Phosphoric acid can be used as a fungicide to act directly on the surface of plants, thereby preventing and healing plant diseases. γ-polyglutamic acid can increase the use and duration of use of phosphoric acid as a fungicide, while γ-polyglutamic acid can activate existing disease resistance and stress tolerance of crops, and also provides a synergistic effect when used with potassium phosphite for the prevention of crop diseases and for fight them.
2. The absorption of fertilizer and its use by crops is improved. When potassium phosphite is applied as potassium fertilizer to the soil, the potassium element in potassium phosphite will be gradually released. Only a small part is absorbed and used by plants, and most of it will be lost with water in the soil, γ-polyglutamic acid, as a very good fertilizer synergist, has the function of retaining water and fertilizer in the soil, and can reduce the loss of water in the soil, thus the loss of potassium from potassium phosphite in the soil is reduced and the uptake of fertilizer and its use by crops is improved. 3. The combination of γ-polyglutamic acid and potassium phosphite, that is, the combination of fungicide and fertilizer, can reduce the likelihood of repeated application of fertilizers and fungicides, while reducing agricultural investment and reducing the cost of agricultural work.

From the table 5 it is obvious that the combined use of potassium phosphite and γ-polyglutamic acid can significantly increase potato yield and raw starch content, and also provides a good and long-lasting effect in the fight against potato root rot. Potato is a potassium-loving crop and its growth depends on the availability of potassium. When combining potassium phosphite and γ-polyglutamic acid, there is an increase in absorption and the most effective use of potassium phosphite in the soil by potatoes due to the presence of γ-polyglutamic acid in the composition, thus the loss of fertilizers can be avoided; the components provide a synergistic effect and have a good retarding effect on the decomposition of phosphoric acid in the prevention and control of soil-transmitted potato diseases, and can also improve the duration of the control effect of potassium phosphite.
