Abstract

Изобретение касается способа асимметрической гидрогенизации кеталей ненасыщенных кетонов или ацеталей ненасыщенных альдегидов молекулярным водородом в присутствии по меньшей мере одного хирального комплекса иридия формулы (III), где группы и символы в формуле (III) имеют значения, которые определены в настоящем описании. Этот способ дает хиральные соединения очень эффективным образом и очень выгоден тем, что можно значительно уменьшить количество комплекса иридия.
