Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу снижения или устранения образования отложений в течение мокрого способа получения фосфорной кислоты, включающему добавление в поток любой стадии мокрого способа получения фосфорной кислоты ингибирующего образование отложений количества реагента, содержащего полимер, который представляет собой полиамин, выбранный из группы, состоящей из i) полидиаллилдиметиламмония хлорида; ii) производных полиэтиленимина, iii) линейного или разветвленного полиамина формулы IIгде n - целое число от 2 до 200; Rвыбирают из H, C-Cалкила и C-Cарила; Rвыбирают из H, C-Cалкила, C-Cарила илигде R, Rи n такие, как определены для формулы (II); и iv) их смесей, при этом упомянутое ингибирующее образование отложений количество соответствует отношению массы упомянутого реагента к массе фосфорной кислоты, составляющему от 10 до 1000 г/т. Технический результат состоит в повышении эффективности ингибирования или уменьшения образования отложений в процессе осуществления мокрого способа получения фосфорной кислоты.
