Claims (6)

  1. ФОРМУЛА ИЗОБРЕТЕНИЯ
    1. Способ повторной заправки тонерного картриджа, содержащего
    первый тонерный бункер для сбора отработанного тонера, не перенесенного на лист бумаги в момент печати, имеющий первый объем;
    второй тонерный бункер для загружаемого тонера, имеющий второй объем, при этом объем второго бункера превышает объем первого бункера;
    чип картриджа, в памяти которого хранится информация, указывающая фактическое количество тонера, загруженного во второй тонерный бункер, количество которого больше, чем при первоначальной заправке нового картриджа, при этом количество загруженного в картридж тонера определяется характеристикой эффективности нанесения тонера на поверхность носителя, которая определяет объем отработанного тонера, предотвращая таким образом переполнение первого бункера отработанным тонером.
  2. 2. Способ по п.1, в котором картридж перезаправляют до максимального количества тонера, определяемого объемом первого тонерного бункера для отработанного тонера и эффективностью покрытия тонера.
  3. 3. Способ по п.1, в котором картридж перезаправляют фактическим количеством тонера, которое
    - 5 030266
    составляет больше чем 75% объема второго тонерного бункера.
  4. 4. Способ по п.1, в котором картридж перезаправляют фактическим количеством тонера, которое составляет больше чем 85% объема второго тонерного бункера.
  5. 5. Способ по п.1, в котором бункер для отработанного тонера модифицируют для увеличения его объема.
  6. 6. Способ по п.1, в котором бункер для отработанного тонера заменяют сменным бункером для отработанного тонера, при этом объем сменного бункера для отработанного тонера больше объема замененного бункера для отработанного тонера.
