Abstract

Spacer for multi-pane insulating glass, with a cavity (5) for drying agent (6), which is in the form of a profile which has, at least on its sides (7a) facing the panes (2), a sealing material (8) and a spacing member (19) embedded in the sealing material (8), characterised in that a somewhat flexible spacing member (19) is provided, consisting of plastics, synthetic rubber or natural rubber of a similar elastic material, which is in the form of a continous round cord or similar profile or balls, rollers or similar bodies arranged at a spacing from one another.
