Claims (14)
1. Oftalmisk farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse i behandling af tørre øjnesyndrom, omfattende hydrocortison eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf, i en mængde lig med eller større end 0,0005 vægt%, og mindre end 0,003 vægt%, og en lacrimal erstatning.
2. Oftalmisk farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse i behandling af tørre øjnesyndrom ifølge krav 1, hvor det farmaceutisk acceptable salt af hydrocortison er valgt fra gruppen omfattende natriumfosfat, acetat, natriumsuccinat, butyrat og valerat.
3. Oftalmisk farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse i behandling af tørre øjnesyndrom ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor hydrocortisonen eller det farmaceutisk acceptable salt deraf er til stede i en mængde lig med eller større end 0,0008, og lig med eller mindre end 0,002, fortrinsvis lig med 0,001 vægt%.
4. Oftalmisk farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse i behandling af tørre øjnesyndrom ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor den lacrimale erstatning er valgt fra gruppen omfattende glycosaminoglycaner, cellulosederivater, derivater af poly-acrylsyre, vandopløselige polymerer, der er fysiologisk kompatible med øjet, og blandinger deraf.
5. Oftalmisk farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse i behandling af tørre øjnesyndrom ifølge krav 4, hvor glycosaminoglycanen er natriumhyaluronat.
6. Oftalmisk farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse i behandling af tørre øjnesyndrom ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor den lacrimale erstatning er til stede i en mængde på mellem 0,1 og 0,5 vægt%, fortrinsvis 0,2 vægt%.
7. Oftalmisk farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse i behandling af tørre øjnesyndrom ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor den lacrimale erstatning har en molekylvægt på mellem 500 og 1200 kDa.
8. Oftalmisk farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse i behandling af tørre øjnesyndrom ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, med en pH på mellem 5,5 og 7,5.
9. Oftalmisk farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse i behandling af tørre øjnesyndrom ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, der har en fysiologisk acceptabel osmolaritet, fortrinsvis mellem 240 og 330 mOsm/kg.
10. Oftalmisk farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse i behandling aftørre øjnesyndrom ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, der yderligere omfatter mindst én komponent valgt fra gruppen omfattende buffermidler, osmolaritetsregulatorer, og blandinger deraf.
11. Oftalmisk farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse i behandling aftørre øjnesyndrom ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10, der yderligere omfatter konserveringsmidler, antimikrobielle midler, sekvestreringsmidler og blandinger deraf.
12. Oftalmisk farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse i behandling aftørre øjnesyndrom ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11, i form af en vandig opløsning eller suspension i en farmaceutisk acceptabel oftalmisk bærer.
13. Oftalmisk farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse i behandling aftørre øjnesyndrom ifølge krav 12, i form af øjendråber, gel eller creme.
14. Oftalmisk farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse i behandling aftørre øjnesyndrom ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 13, hvor tørre øjne-syndromet er af 5 den kroniske type.
