Claims (12)

1. Fremgangsmåde til autenticitetskontrol af en analyt fra en fødevare, kendetegnet ved, at a) ekstraktionen af den ønskede anlyt fra fødevaren eller et fødevareekstrakt finder sted ved molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs), at b) MlPS'erne ladet med analyten udskilles, at c) fra MlP'erne ladet med analyten fjernes analyten igen og at d) den således ekstraherede analyt underkastes en isotop-forhold-masse-spektroskopi (IRMS) eller en cavity-ring-down-spektroskopi (CRDS), for bestemmelse af isotopforholdet valgt blandt 1H/2H, 13C/12C, 16O/17O/18O og/eller 15N/14N.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at ekstraktionen af analyten finder sted således, at MlP'erne er placerede i en patron.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at analyten er saccharose, glucose, fructose, maltose, sorbitol, vanillin, benzaldehyd, ethylbutyrat, gamma-octalacton, delta-decalacton, gamma-decalacton, trans-2-hexenal, 1-hexanol, trans-2-hexanol, hexylacetat, ethyl-3-(methylthio)-propionat, methyl-3-(methylthio)-propionat, alpha-ionon, ethyl-2,4-decadienoat, hexylhexanoat, nootkaton, decanal, furaneol-(4-hydroxy-2,5-dimethyl-3(2H)furanon), mesifuran(2,5-dimethyl-4-methoxy-3(2H)-furanon), ascorbinsyre, dehydroascorbinsyre, malinsyre, æblesyre, isocitronsyre, vinsyre, aminosyrer, glycerol, phosphae, caffein eller et derivat af disse substanser.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at analyten er vanillin, ascorbinsyre, saccharose, glucose, fructose eller et derivat af disse substanser.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at fødevaren er valgt fra følgende liste: frugt/grøntsagsjuice og produkter tilvejebragt deraf, sodavand, alkoholiske drikkevarer, vin, spiritus, Øl, sukkervarer, chokolade, honning, iscreme, marmelade, babymad, fisk/kød og produkter tilvejebragt deraf.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at fødevaren er frugt/grønt-sagsjuice eller et produkt tilvejebragt deraf.
7. Anvendelse af en molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP), omfattende en polymer, som er tilvejebragt under anvendelse af en fødevareingrediens som et molekylært mål, idet enhver af følgende substanser acrylsyre, methacrylsyre, methylmethacrylat, 1-vinylimidazol, 4(5)-vinylimidazol, 2-vinylpyridin, itaconsyre, p-vinylbenzoesyre, ethylstyren, (2-methacrylamido)-6-methylpyridin, 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propansulfonsyre, p-vinylphenylborsyre, p-vinylbenzylamin, 2-(p-vinylphenyl)-1,3-propandiol, p-vinylbenzylalkohol, p-vinylphenylcarbonyl, p-vinylbenzoesyre anvendes som en monomer, og i det mindste én af følgende substanser ethylenglycoldimethacrylat (EGDMA), paradivinylbenzen (p-DVB), N,N'-methylen-diacrylamid, N,N'-1,4-phenylendiacrylamid, N,O-bis-acrylol-L-phenylalaninol, tri-methylolpropantrimethacrylat (TRIM), pentaerythritoltriacrylat og pentaerythritoltetraacrylat anvendes som en tværbinder, kendetegnet ved, at MlP'en selektivt binder til den oprindeligt anvendte fødevareingrediens som et molekylært mål, for udøvelse af en fremgangsmåde til bestemmelse af autenticiteten af en analyt fra en fødevare ifølge krav 1.
8. Anvendelse af en molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at i det mindste to af følgende substanser acrylsyre, methacrylsyre, methylmethacrylat, 1-vinylimidazol, 4(5)-vinylimidazol, 2-vinylpyridin, itaconsyre, p-vinyl-benzoesyre, ethylstyren, (2-methacrylamido)-6-methylpyridin, 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propansulfonsyre, p-vinylphenylborsyre, p-vinylbenzylamin, 2-(p-vinylphenyl)-1,3- propandiol, p-vinylbenzylalkohol, p-vinylphenylcarbonyl, p-vinylbenzoesyre, anvendes som monomerer.
9. Anvendelse af en molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at målet er saccharose, glucose eller fructose, maltose, sorbitol, vanillin, benz-aldehyd, ethylbutyrat, gamma-octalacton, delta-decalacton, gamma-decalacton, trans-2-hexenal, 1-hexanol, trans-2-hexanol, hexylacetat, ethyl-3-(methylthio)-propionat, methyl-3-(methylthio)-propionat, alpha-ionon, ethyl-2,4-decadienoat, hexylhexanoat, nootkaton, decanal, furanol(4-hydroxy-2,5-dimethyl-3(2H)furanon), mesifuran(2,5-dimethyl-4-methoxy-3(2H)furanon), ascorbinsyre, dehydroascorbinsyre, æblesyre, citronsyre, isocitronsyre, vinsyre, aminosyrer, glycerol, phosphat, coffein, eller foreligger i en derivatiseret form.
10. På forhånd fyldt patron, omfattende i det mindste én molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP), omfattende en polymer, som er tilvejebragt under anvendelse af en fødevareingrediens som et molekylært mål, idet i det mindste én af følgende substanser, acryl-syre, methacrylsyre, methylmethacrylat, 1-vinylimidazol, 4(5)-vinylimidazol, 2-vinyl-pyridin, itaconsyre, p-vinylbenzoesyre, ethylstyren, (2-methacrylamido)-6-methyl-pyridin, 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propansulfonsyre, p-vinylphenylborsyre, p-vinyl-benzylamin, 2-(p-vinylphenyl)-1,3-propandiol, p-vinylbenzylalkohol p-vinylphenyl-carbonyl, p-vinylbenzoesyre, anvendes som en monomer, og i det mindste én af følgende substanser ethylenglycoldimethacrylat (EGDMA), paradivinylbenzen (p-DVB), N,N'-methylen-diacrylamid, N,N'-1,4-phenylendiacrylamid, N,O-bis-acrylol-L-phenylalaninol, trimethylolpropantrimethacrylat (TRIM), pentaerythritoltriacrylat og pentaerythritol-tetraacrylat anvendes som en tværbinder, hvor MlP'en selektivt binder til den oprindelige fødevareingrediens som et molekylært mål, til anvendelse ved en fremgangsmåde til autentitetskontrol af en analyt fra en fødevare ved isotop-forhold-masse-spektroskopi (IRMS) eller cavit-ring-down-spektroskopi (CRDS), for bestemmelse af isotopforholdet, valgt blandt 1H/2H, 13C/12C, 16O/17O/18O og/eller 15N/14N.
11. På forhånd fyldt patron ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at i det mindste to af følgende substanser acrylsyre, methacrylsyre, methylmethacrylat, 1-vinylimidazol, 4(5)-vinylimidazol, 2-vinylpyridin, itaconsyre, p-vinylbenzoesyre, ethylstyren, (2-methacrylamido)-6- methylpyridin, 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propansulfonsyre, p-vinylphenylborsyre, p-vinylbenzylamin, 2-(p-vinylphenyl)-1,3-propandiol, p-vinylbenzylalkohol, p-vinyl-phenylcarbonyl, p-vinylbenzoesyre, er blevet anvendt som monomerer for fremstillingen af MlP'en.
12. På forhånd fyldt patron ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at målet er saccharose, glucose eller fructose, maltose, sorbitol, vanillin, benzaldehyd, ethylbutyrat, gamma-octalacton, delta-decalacton, gamma-decalacton, trans-2-hexenal, 1-hexanol, trans-2-hexanol, hexylacetat, ethyl 3-(methylthio)-propionat, methyl 3-(methylthio)-propionat, alpha-ionon, ethyl-2,4-decadienoat, hexylhexanoat, nootkaton, decanal, furanol(4-hydroxy-2,5-dimethyl-3(2H)furanon), mesifuran(2,5-dimethyl-4-methoxy-3(2H)-furanon), ascorbinsyre, dehydroascorbinsyre, æblesyre, citrronsyre, isocitronsyre, vinsyre, aminosyrer, glycerol, phosphat, coffein, eller foreligger i en derivatiseret form.
