Claims (5)
1. Flydende-lægemiddelsadministrationsindretning (1) omfattende: en aktuator (11, 201, 203, 205); et gear (13, 17) drevet af aktuatoren (11, 201, 203, 205); en udgangsaksel (19, 19') tilvejebragt på en rotationsakse af gearet (13, 17) til at glide en trykstang (103, 103') i en flydende-lægemiddelsbeholder (101) indeholdende flydende-lægemiddel; og en okklusionsdetektor (20) tilvejebragt mellem aktuatoren (11, 201, 203, 205) og udgangsakslen (19, 19') til at detektere okklusion i en flowpassage til flydende-lægemiddel forsynet fra flydende-lægemiddelsbeholderen (101), kendetegnet ved, at okklusionsdetektoren (20) inkluderer en fast slidsskive (21), der har en slids (si) i en skiveflade og roterer synkront med rotation af et aktuator (ll)-output, en anden slidsskive (23), der har en slids (s2) i en skiveflade og roterer synkront med rotation af udgangsakslen (19, 19'), hvor den anden slidsskive (23) er koaksialt og overlappende monteret til den faste slidsskive (21), og et elastisk element (25) der forbinder den faste slidsskive (21) til den anden slidsskive (23) til at forårsage en forsinkelse i rotation af den anden slidsskive (23) i forhold til rotationen af den faste slidsskive (21) i respons på stigning i modtryk på den anden slidsskive (23), hvorved okklusionsdetektoren (20) inkluderer en optisk sensor (27) der detekterer overlapning af slidserne (si) af den faste slidsskive (21) og slidserne (s2) af den anden slidsskive (23), og en behandlingsenhed (29) der bestemmer hvorvidt okklusion er sket i en flowpassage til flydende-lægemiddel forsynet ved drivning af udgangsakslen (19, 19'), hvor bestemmelsen foretages baseret på et signal opnået af den optiske sensor.
2. Flydende-lægemiddelsadministrationsindretningen (1) ifølge krav 1, hvor det elastiske element (25) er en torsionsfjeder, hvor en ende af det elastiske element (25) er fastgjort til den faste slidsskive (21), en anden ende af det elastiske element (25) er fastgjort på den anden slidsskive (23).
3. Flydende-lægemiddelsadministrationsindretningen (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 2, yderligere omfattende: et første geartrin (13) som gearet tilvejebragt på en rotationsaksel af aktuatoren (11, 201, 203, 205); og et sidste geartrin (17) tilvejebragt som gearet til at være i indgreb med det første geartrin (13), hvor udgangsakslen (19, 19') er fastgjort på en rotationsakse af det sidste geartrin (17), den faste slidsskive (21) er fastgjort til rotationsakslen af aktuatoren (11, 201, 203, 205); og den anden slidsskive (23) er fastgjort til det første geartrin (13).
4. Flydende-lægemiddelsadministrationsindretningen (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, yderligere omfattende: en flydende-lægemiddelsbeholder (101) med en forsyningsåbning til flydende lægemiddel; en trykstang (103, 103') indsat i flydende-lægemiddelsbeholderen (101); og en møtrik (105) fastgjort til trykstangen (103, 103') og skruet på udgangsakslen (19, 19'), flydende-lægemiddelsbeholderen (101), trykstangen (103, 103'), og hvor møtrikken (105) er tilvejebragt på en akse af udgangsakslen (19, 19').
5. Flydende-lægemiddelsadministrationsindretningen (1) ifølge krav 4, hvor flydende-lægemiddelsbeholderen (101) og trykstangen (103, 103') er aftagelige fra et flydende-lægemiddelsadministrationsindretning (l)-legeme, som inkluderer okklusionsdetektoren (20).
