Claims (7)
- PAT E NT K RAV1. Apparat til kodning af et billede, hvor apparatet omfatter: en intraprædiktionsenhed (150) indrettet til at danne en prædiktionsblok svarende til en aktuel blok ifølge en intraprædiktionsmodus valgt blandt en flerhed af intraprædiktionsmodi; en transformationsenhed (120) indrettet til af transformere en restblok opnået ved at beregne forskellen mellem en original blok af den aktuelle biokog prædiktionsblokken til at danne en transformationsblok; en kvantiseringsenhed (130) indrettet til at kvantisere transformationsblokken til at danne en kvantiseret transformationsblok ved anvendelse af en kvantiseringstrinstørrelse; en scannerenhed (131) indrettet til at scanne kvantiserede transformationskoefficienter af den kvantiserede transformationsblok til at danne endimensionelle (1D) kvantiserede transformations-koefficienter; og en entropikodningsenhed (140) indrettet til at entropikode de 1D kvantiserede transformationskoefficienter, hvor scannerenheden (131), når en størrelse af transformationsblokken er større end 4x4, deler de kvantiserede transformationskoefficienter i flerhed af underblokke, hvor intraprædiktionsenheden (150) indbefatter: en referencepixeldannende enhed (151) indrettet til at danne referencepixels ved at anvende tilgængelige referencepixels af den aktuelle blok, når ikke-tilgængelige referencepixels findes; en referencepixelfiltreringsenhed (152) indrettet til adaptivt at filtrere referencepixels grænsende op til den aktuelle blok baseret på den valgte intraprædiktionsmodus og en størrelse af den aktuelle blok; en prædiktionsblokdannende enhed (153) indrettet til at danne prædiktionsblokken af den aktuelle blok ifølge den valgte intraprædiktionsmodus; og en prædiktionsblokfiltreringsenhed (154) indrettet til adaptivt at filtrere nogle prædiktionspixels af prædiktionsblokken baseret på den valgte intraprædiktionsmodus og størrelsen af den aktuelle blok, kendetegnet ved, at scannerenheden (131) scanner flerheden af underblokke og de kvan-tiserede transformationskoefficienter af hver underblok ved at anvende et scanningsmønster bestemt ifølge den valgte intraprædiktionsmodus, hvor scanningsmønsteret er et vertikalt scan, når den valgte intraprædiktionsmodus er en horisontal modus.
- 2. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvor scanningsmønsteret er det vertikale scan, når den valgte intraprædiktionsmodus er et ud af en flerhed forudbestemt tal af intrapræ-diktionsmodi grænsende op til den horisontale modus.
- 3. Apparat ifølge krav 2, hvor det forudbestemte tal er 8.
- 4. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvor scanningsmønsteret er et forudbestemt scanningsmønster, når den valgte intraprædiktionsmodus er en ikke-retningsbestemt modus.

Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvor kvantiseringsenheden (130) bestemmer en kvan-tiseringstrinstørrelse af en foregående kodningsblok i scanningsorden som kvan-tiseringstrinstørrelsesprædiktoren for den aktuelle kodningsblok, når en kvantise-ringstrinstørrelse af en venstre kodningsblok af en aktuel kodningsblok og en kvantiseringstrinstørrelse af en øvre kodningsblok af den aktuelle kodningsblok ikke er tilgængelige.
- 6. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvor flerheden af underblokke scannes i en modsat retning.
- 7. Apparat ifølge krav 1, hvor kvantiseringstrinstørrelsen bestemmes per kodningsblok af en forudbestemt størrelse.
