Claims (6)
1. Opskummelig polymerblanding, der omfatter: en polymersammensætning; en opskumningsmiddelsammensætning, der omfatter carbondioxid, mindst én hydrofluorolefin og mindst ét hydrofluorcarbon, hvor carbondioxiden omfatter fra 0,05 til 5,0 vægtprocent af den opskummelige polymerblanding; og mindst ét forarbejdningshjælpemiddel, der omfatter et organisk faseskiftende materiale, hvor det organiske faseskiftende materiale har en overgangstemperatur fra væskeform til faststof ved en temperatur fra -5 til 60 °C, og hvor den opskummelige blanding kan ekstruderes ved et trykinterval fra 800 til 1200 psi (5,5 til 8,3 MPa).
2. Opskummelig polymerblanding ifølge krav 1, hvor forarbejdningshjælpemidlet omfatter mindst én af en fedtsyreester og en voks.
3. Opskummelig polymerblanding ifølge krav 2, hvor forarbejdningshjælpemidlet omfatter en syntetisk bivoks.
4. Opskummelig polymerblanding ifølge krav 1, hvor forarbejdningshjælpemidlet omfatter mellem 0,05 og 10,0 vægtprocent af den samlede opskummelige polymerblanding.
5. Opskummelig polymerblanding ifølge krav 1, hvor forarbejdningshjælpemidlet er mikroindkapslet.
6. Opskummelig polymerblanding ifølge krav 1, der yderligere indbefatter mindst ét infrarødt dæmpningsmiddel.
