Claims (15)

1. Monteringsringanordning (1S, 1P), som er realiseret til orientering af rodbøsninger (4) i en vindmøllerotorvingerodende (70) i et rotorvingesamlingstrin, som er efterfulgt af aftagning fra vingerodenden (70), hvilken monteringsringanordning (1S, 1P) omfatter - en monteringsringsegment (IS); og - en delvis monteringsring (1P), hvor den delvise monteringsring (1P) er realiseret som en lukket ringformet ring (1P) og omfatter en reces (10) dimensioneret til at optage monteringsringsegmentet (1S).
2. Monteringsringanordning ifølge krav 1, hvor monteringsringsegmentet (1S) strækker sig over et vinkelområde på mindst 90°, mere fortrinsvis mindst 120°.
3. Monteringsringanordning ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, omfattende et forbindelsesmiddel (13, 14,130,131,140,141) til at forbinde monteringsringsegmentet (1S) med den delvise monteringsring (1P) for at fuldende en hel monteringsring (1P, 1S).
4. Monteringsringanordning ifølge krav 3, hvor et forbindelsesmiddel (130, 131) omfatter en første føring (130) formet i den delvise monteringsring (1P) og en tilsvarende anden føring (131) formet i monteringsringsegmentet (IS), hvor den anden føring (131) er anbragt til at orienteres i forhold til den første føring (130).
5. Monteringsringanordning ifølge krav 3 eller krav 4, hvor et forbindelsesmiddel (13) omfatter en føringsbolt (13) for at orientere monteringsringanordningen (1S) i forhold til den delvise monteringsring (1P).
6. Monteringsringanordning ifølge et af kravene 3 til 5, hvor et forbindelsesmiddel (14) omfatter en tilspændingsbolt (14) til fastgørelse af monteringsringsegmentet (1S) til den delvise monteringsring (1P).
7. Monteringsringanordning ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor tykkelsen (ts) af monteringsringsegmentet (1S) omfatter mindst 10 %, mere fortrinsvis mindst 20 % af tykkelsen (Ttot) af hele monteringsringen (1P, 1S).
8. Monteringsringanordning ifølge et af de foregående krav, omfattende et antal af gennemgangshuller (11) realiseret til at forbinde et antal af rodbøsninger (4) med monteringsringsegmentet (1S) og/eller med den delvise monteringsring (1P).
9. Monteringsringanordning ifølge et af de foregående krav, omfattende en grænsefladekonnektor (12) realiseret til at forbinde den delvise monteringsring (1P) med en vingeform (M1).
10. Rotorvingeform (M1) og monteringsringanordning (1P, 1S) ifølge et af de foregående krav, omfattende et middel (20) til at fastgøre formen (M1) til en komponent (1P) af monteringsringanordningen (1P, 1S).
11. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en vindmøllerotorvinge (7), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene med at (A) anbringe et fiberlag (3) i en første vingeform (M1) og anbringe et fiberlag (3) i en anden vingeform (M2); (B) anbringe den delvise monteringsring (1P) af en monteringsringanordning (1P, 1S) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9 i den første vingeform (M1) og anbringe monteringsringsegmentet (1S) af monteringsringanordningen (1P, 1S) i den anden vingeform (M2); (C) forbinde den første og anden vingeform (M1, M2) på en sådan måde, at den delvise monteringsring (1P) og monteringsringsegment (1S) forbindes for at forme en hel monteringsringanordning (1P, 1S).
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, omfattende trinnene med at indsætte fastgørelseselementer (13, 14) gennem et antal afføringer (130, 131, 140, 141) af monteringsringanordningen (1P, 1 S) og tilspænde fastgørelseselementerne (13, 14) for at fastgøre monteringsringsegmentet (1S) til den delvise monteringsring (1P).
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11 eller krav 12, hvor trinnet med at forbinde den første og anden vingeform (M1, M2) udføres ved hjælp af en overhængende kran (81).
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 11 til 13, hvor monteringsringsegmentet (1S) anbringes i den første vingeform (M1) i en afstand (G) forskudt fra sin endelige position i den komplette monteringsring (1P, 1S).
15. Rotorvinge (7), som fremstilles ved anvendelse af fremgangsmåden ifølge et af kravene 1 til 10.
