Claims (9)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et varmsmelteligt trykfølsomt klæbemiddel HMPSA, som har en belægning, hvorved denne belægning har en ikke-klæbende egenskab op til 50°C, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter et trin med henblik på påføring af et belægningsmateriale, som foreligger i flydende eller smeltet form, i det mindste delvis på en overflade på en blok af HMPSA-granuler, som foreligger i fast form, hvorved belægningsmaterialet, der påføres, et størknet og fastgjort inden for 60 sekunder eller mindre på blokken af HMPSA-granulers overflade til dannelse af belægningen, og hvorved belægningen omfatter en eller flere bestanddele, som er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af vokser eller derivativer heraf, ethylenbaserede (co)polymerer, polyolefiner, polyvinylacetatog copolyme-rer heraf, poly(meth)acrylater, polyestere, polyvinylalkoholer, polyurethaner, co-polymerer af vinylmonomerer og polyalkylenoxider og elastomeriske blokcopoly-merer og blandinger eller sammenblandinger heraf og eventuelt en eller flere bestanddele udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af blødgøringsmidler, stabilisatorer og antioxidanter.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvorved under trinnet med hensyn til påføring af belægningsmaterialet er overfladetemperaturen på blokken af HMPSA-granuler i intervallet fra -20°C til 40°C.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvorved belægningsmaterialet har et (DSC)-smeltepunkt eller et blødgøringspunkt (ASTM E 28) på over 50°C.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 3, hvorved HMPSA’en omfatter en eller flere bestanddele udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af polyestere, poly(meth)acrylater, polyolefiner, polyurethaner, ethylenbaserede (co)polymerer, polyvinylacetat og copolymerer heraf, copolymerer af vinylmonomerer og polyalkylenoxider, styrenblokcopolymerer og blandinger eller sammenblandinger heraf og eventuelt en eller flere bestanddele udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af klæbende harpikser, blødgøringsmidler, vokser, antioxidanter, stabilisatorer, adhæ-sionsfremmere, fyldmaterialer, pigmenter, farver, olier og duftstoffer.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 4, hvorved belægningen ikke har nogen negativ påvirkning af HMPSA’ens egenskaber ved smeltning af HPMSA’en, som har belægningen.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 5, hvorved belægningsmaterialet påføres ved sprøjtebelægning, tæppebelægning, neddypningsbelægning eller kombinationer heraf.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvorved neddypningsbelægning foregår inden for en tidsperiode på fra 0,1 til 30 sekunder.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 7, hvorved fremgangsmåden før trinnet med hensyn til påføring af belægningsmaterialet omfatter et eller flere af følgende trin: - pelletering af en HMPSA-masse, - formning af HMPSA-massen foreliggende i pelleteret form, med eller uden trykpåføring, - tørring af HMPSA-massen til stede i pelleteret og/eller formet form ved afdampning og/eller opvarmning, - fiksering af formen af HMPSA-massen, som er til stede i pelleteret og/eller formet og/eller tørret form under trykpåvirkning.
9. HMPSA, som har en belægning, hvorved belægningen har en klæbefri egenskab op til 50°C opnået ved hjælp af en fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 8.
