Claims (8)
1. En fremgangsmåde til at fremstille polymerer analoge med fenolformaldehydharpiks, hvor en fenolkomponent konverteres med formaldehyd, kendetegnet ved at 60% til 100%, fortrinsvis 80% til 100%, af fenolkomponenten af harpiksen erstattes med lignin, og at mængden af formaldehyd udgør mere end 0 vægt%, men højest 5 vægt%, baseret på den samlede vægt af aromatisk udgangsmateriale.
2. En fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at 100% af fenolkomponenten af harpiksen erstattes med en lignin.
3. En fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved at mængden af formaldehyd udgør mere end 0 vægt%, men højest 0,5 vægt%, fortrinsvis højest 0,05 vægt%, baseret på den samlede vægt af aromatisk udgangsmateriale.
4. En fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor omdannelsen af ligninet med eller uden fenol med formaldehyd foretages ved en temperatur fra 50°Ctil 95°C, fortrinsvis 65°C til 90°C.
5. En fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved at det resulterende materiale er opvarmet til fuldstændig hærdning, eventuelt i kompositmaterialet, til temperaturer på 100°C og højere.
6. En fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved at den anvendte lignin er opnået ved hjælp af lavtemperatur lignocellulosepulpning, fortrinsvis ved lavtemperatur lignocellulosepulpning, hvilket er kendetegnet ved at A) lignocellulosematerialet behandles med en vanding opløsning indeholdende en Ci-6 alkohol og havende en pH-værdi mellem 10 til 14, ved en temperatur fra 50°C til 100°C, for eksempel 100°C og lavere, fortrinsvis 85°C og lavere, mere foretrukket 70°C og lavere, hvorved den vandige opløsning, i hvilken ligninet, der er blevet separeret fra lignocellulosen, er til stede i en opløst form, er adskilt fra det faste stof, frembydende et materiale beriget med cellulose og hemicellulose, B) Ligninet opnået i A) anvendes til produktionen af harpiks, enten fuldstændigt eller fraktioneret efter fjernelse af alkoholen fra pulpningsopløsningen, udfældet som et tørret faststof, eller efter fjernelse af alkoholen opløst direkte i pulpningsopløsningen, eventuelt efter fjernelse afvand.
7. Polymerer analoge med fenolformaldehydharpiks, der kan fremstilles ifølge en fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6.
8. Materialer, der kan fremstilles fra polymerer analoge til fenolformaldehydharpiks ifølge krav 7.
