Claims (15)
1. Elektrokirurigsk indretning til resektion af biologisk væv, hvor indretningen omfatter: en radiofrekvens-(RF)signalgenerator (218) til generering af elektromagnetisk (EM) RF-stråling, som har en første frekvens; en mikrobølgesignalgenerator (220) til generering af EM-mikrobølgestråling med en anden frekvens, der er højere end den første frekvens; en sonde, der er anbragt til at afgive RF-EM-strålingen og EM-mikrobølgestrålingen adskilt eller samtidigt fra en distal ende deraf; og en tilføringsstruktur til at bringe RF-EM-strålingen og EM- mikrobølgestrålingen til sonden, hvor tilføringsstrukturen omfatter en RF-kanal (212, 214) til at forbinde sonden til RF-signalgeneratoren, og en mikrobølgekanal (210) til at forbinde sonden til mikrobølgesignalgeneratoren; hvor RF-kanalen og mikrobølgekanalen omfatter fysisk adskilte signalbaner fra henholdsvis RF-signalgeneratoren (218) og mikrobølgesignalgeneratoren (220), hvor tilføringsstrukturen indeholder et kombinerende kredsløb (206) med en første indgang (203), der er forbundet til den separate signalbane på RF-kanalen, en anden indgang, der er forbundet til den separate signalbane på mikrobølgekanalen, og en udgang (207), der er forbundet til en fælles signalbane til at fremføre RF-EM-strålingen og EM-mikrobølgestrålingen separat eller samtidigt langs en enkel kanal til sonden, og hvor mikrobølgekanalen omfatter en bølgelederisolator (200), som er forbundet for at isolere den separate signalbane på mikrobølgekanalen fra RF-EM-strålingen.
2. Elektrokirurigsk indretning ifølge krav 1, hvor bølgelederisolatoren omfatter et ledende indgangsafsnit, et ledende udgangsafsnit, som passer til indgangsafsnittet for at definere en bølgelederka-vitet i et volumen, der er lukket inde af indgangs- og udgangsafsnittene, og en jævnstrømsisoleringsbarriere, der er anbragt mellem indgangs- og udgangsafsnittet, hvor udgangen på den fælles signalbane omfatter en signalleder og en jordleder, og hvor tilføringsstrukturen omfatter en kapacitiv struktur mellem jordlederen af udgangen på den fælles signalbane og det ledende indgangsafsnit af bølge-lederisolatoren, hvor den kapacitive struktur er indrettet til at forhindre kobling af RF-EM-energi og svind af EM-mikrobølge-energien.
3. Elektrokirurigsk indretning ifølge krav 2, hvor den kapacitive struktur tilvejebringes af jævnstrømsisoleringsbarrieren og en mikrobølgedrossel, der er udformet på indgangsafsnittet af bølgelederisolatoren.
4. Elektrokirurigsk indretning ifølge krav 3, hvor det indvendige og udvendige afsnit af bølgelederisolatoren definerer et cylindrisk legeme, og hvor mikrobølgedroslen omfatter en ringformet kanal, der strækker sig aksialt fra den distale ende af det indvendige afsnit af bølgelederisolatoren.
5. Elektrokirurigsk indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 2 til 4, hvor jævnstrømisoleringsbarrieren omfatter et stift isoleringsafstandselement, der er monteret mellem det indvendige og udvendige afsnit af bølgelederisolatoren.
6. Elektrokirurigsk indretning ifølge krav 5, hvor jævnstrømisoleringsbarrieren omfatter en isoleringsfilm, der er monteret på en del af den indvendige overflade af indgangsafsnittet ved forbindelsesstedet med det stive isoleringsafstandselement.
7. Elektrokirurigsk indretning ifølge krav 2, hvor den kapacitive struktur omfatter en koaksial isolator, der er serieforbundet med bølgelederisolatoren.
8. Elektrokirurigsk indretning ifølge krav 7, hvor den koaksiale isolator omfatter en indgangskoaksialkonnektor, en udgangskoaksialkonnektor, der er anbragt over for og med afstand til indgangskoaksialkonnektoren, hvor de indvendige ledere af indgangs- og udgangskonnektorerne og udvendige leder af indgangs- og udgangskonnektorerne er isoleret fra hinanden.
9. Elektrokirurigsk indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor det kombinerende kredsløb er integreret med bølgelederisolatoren.
10. Elektrokirurigsk indretning ifølge krav 9, hvor den udgang, der er forbundet med den fælles signalbane, omfatter en udgangssonde, som er monteret på udgangsafsnittet af bølgelederisolatoren, hvor udgangssonden har en koblingsleder, der strækker sig ind i bølgelederisolatoren for at koble EM-mikrobølge-energien derfra, og hvor den første indgang omfatter en RF-konnektor, der er monteret på bølgelederisolatoren, hvor RF-konnektoren har en signalleder, som strækker sig ind i bølgelederkaviteten for at komme i elektrisk kontakt med koblingslederen af udgangssonden.
11. Elektrokirurigsk indretning ifølge krav 10, hvor den position, ved hvilken signallederen af RF-konnektoren kommer i elektrisk kontakt på koblingslederen, kan justeres.
12. Elektrokirurigsk indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvor det kombinerende kredsløb omfatter en mikrostrimmeldiplekserkreds-løb.
13. Elektrokirurigsk indretning ifølge krav 12, hvor RF-kanalen omfatter et lavpas-, båndpas-, båndspærre- eller notch-filter, der er tilsluttet mellem den separate signalbane på RF-kanalen og det kombinerede kredsløb for at blokere EM-mikrobølgestrålingen fra at komme ind i den separate signalbane på RF-kanalen.
14. Elektrokirurigsk indretning ifølge krav 13, hvor lavpas-, båndpas-, bånd-spærre- eller notch-filteret er integreret med mikrostrimmeldiplekserkredslø-bet.
15. Elektrokirurgisk indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den første og anden indgang til og udgang fra det kombinerede kredsløb er elektrisk flydende i forhold til RF-signalgeneratoren og mikrobøl-gesignalgeneratoren.
