Claims (15)

1. Videodatastrøm med videoindhold (16) kodet deri i enheder af underafsnit (24) af billeder (18) af videoindholdet (16), hvor hvert underafsnit (24) i hvert enkelt tilfælde er kodet i en eller flere nyttedatapakker (32) af en sekvens (34) af pakker af videodatastrømmen (22), hvor sekvensen (34) af pakker er inddelt i en sekvens af adgangsenheder (30), således at hver adgangsenhed (30) samler nyttedatapakkerne (32), der vedrører et respektivt billede (18) af videoindholdet (16), hvor sekvensen (34) af pakker har blandet deri tidsstyringspakker (36), således at tidsstyringspakkerne (36) underinddeler adgangsenhederne (30) i afkodningsenheder (38), således at mindst nogle adgangsenheder (30) underinddeles i to eller flere afkodningsenheder (38), hvor hver tidsstyringspakke (36) signalerer en afkoder-buffergenvindingstid for en afkodningsenhed (38), hvis nyttedatapakker (32) følger den respektive tidsstyringspakke (36) i sekvensen (34) af pakker.
2. Videodatastrøm ifølge krav 1, hvor underafsnittene (24) er skiver, og hver nyttedatapakke (32) omgiver en eller flere skiver.
3. Videodatastrøm ifølge krav 2, hvor skiverne omfatter skiver, der kan afkodes uafhængigt, og afhængige skiver, der til WPP-behandling, tillader afkodning under anvendelse af entropi- og prædiktionsafkodning ud over skivegrænser.
4. Videodatastrøm ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor hver pakke af sekvensen (34) af pakker kan være tildelt til nøjagtigt en pakketype ud af en flerhed af pakketyper, hvor nyttedatapakker (32) og tidsstyringspakker (36) er af forskellige pakketyper, hvor forekomster af pakker af flerheden af pakketyper i sekvensen (34) af pakker er underlagt visse begrænsninger, som definerer en rækkefølge blandt pakketyper, som skal følges af pakkerne i hver adgangsenhed (30), således at adgangsenhedsgrænser kan detekteres under anvendelse af begrænsningerne ved at detektere eksempler, hvor begrænsningerne afvises og forbliver ved den samme position i sekvensen af pakker, selvom pakker af en hvilken som helst fjernelig type, fjernes fra videodatastrømmen, hvor nyttedatapakker (32) er af en ikke-fjernelig pakketype, og tidsstyringspakker (36) er af den fjernelige pakketype.
5. Videodatastrøm ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor hver pakke omfatter et pakketypeangivende syntakselementafsnit.

Videodatastrøm ifølge krav 5, hvor det pakketypeangivende syntakselementafsnit omfatter et pakketypefelt i en pakkeheader af den respektive pakke, hvis indhold adskiller sig mellem nyttedatapakker og tidsstyringspakker, og for tidsstyringspakker et SEI-pakkefelt, der differentierer mellem tidsstyringspakkerne på den ene side og SEI-pakker af forskellig type på den anden side.

Koder til kodning i en videodatastrøm (22) af videoindhold (16) i enheder af underafsnit (24) af billeder (18) af videoindholdet (16), hvor hvert underafsnit (24) i hvert enkelt tilfælde kodes i en eller flere nyttedatapakker (32) af en sekvens (34) af pakker af videodatastrømmen (22), således at sekvensen (34) af pakker inddeles i en sekvens af adgangsenheder (30), og hver adgangsenhed (30) samler nyttedatapakkerne (32), der vedrører et respektivt billede (18) af videoindholdet (16), hvor koderen er indrettet til at blande tidsstyringspakker (36) i sekvensen (34) af pakker, således at tidsstyringspakkerne (36) underinddeler adgangsenhederne (30) i afkodningsenheder (38), således at mindst nogle adgangsenheder (30) underinddeles i to eller flere afkodningsenheder (38), hvor hver tidsstyringspakke (36) signalerer en afkoderbuffergenvindingstid for en afkodningsenhed (38), hvis nyttedatapakker (32) følger den respektive tidsstyringspakke (36) i sekvensen (34) af pakker.
8. Koder ifølge krav 7, hvor koderen er indrettet til under kodning af et aktuelt billede af videoindholdet at kode et aktuelt underafsnit (24) af et aktuelt billede (18) i en aktuel nyttedatapakke (32) af en aktuel afkodningsenhed (38), i datastrømmen at sende den aktuelle afkodningsenhed (38), der har en aktuel tidsstyringspakke (36) foranstillet, med indstilling af en afkoderbuffergenvindings-tid, der signaleres af den aktuelle tidsstyringspakke (36) på et første tidspunkt; og at kode et yderligere underafsnit af det aktuelle billede på et andet tidspunkt senere end det første tidspunkt.
9. Fremgangsmåde til kodning i en videodatastrøm (22) af videoindhold (16) i enheder af underafsnit (24) af billeder (18) af videoindholdet (16), hvor hvert underafsnit (24) i hvert enkelt tilfælde kodes i en eller flere nyttedatapakker (32) af en sekvens (34) af pakker af videodatastrømmen (22), således at sekvensen (34) af pakker inddeles i en sekvens af adgangsenheder (30), og hver adgangsenhed (30) samler nyttedatapakkerne (32), der vedrører et respektivt billede (18) af videoindholdet (16), hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter at blande tidsstyringspakker (36) i sekvensen (34) af pakker, således at tidsstyringspakkerne (36) underinddeler adgangsenhederne (30) i afkodningsenheder (38), således at mindst nogle adgangsenheder (30) underinddeles i to eller flere afkodningsenheder (38), hvor hver tidsstyringspakke (36) signalerer en afkoderbuffergenvindingstid for en afkodningsenhed (38), hvis nyttedatapakker (32) følger den respektive tidsstyringspakke (36) i sekvensen (34) af pakker.

Afkoder til afkodning af en videodatastrøm (22) med videoindhold (16) kodet deri i enheder af underafsnit (24) af billeder (18) af videoindholdet (16), hvor hvert underafsnit (24) i hvert enkelt tilfælde kodes i en eller flere nyttedatapakker (32) af en sekvens (34) af pakker af videodatastrømmen (22), hvor sekvensen (34) af pakker er inddelt i en sekvens af adgangsenheder (30), således at hver adgangsenhed (30) samler nyttedatapakkerne (32), der vedrører et respektivt billede (18) af videoindholdet (16), hvor afkoderen omfatter en buffer til bufring af videodatastrømmen eller en rekonstruktion af videoindholdet opnået deraf ved afkodning af videodatastrømmen og er indrettet til at søge efter tidsstyringspakker (36), der er blandet i sekvensen af pakker, at underinddele adgangsenhederne (30) i afkod ningsenheder (38) ved tidsstyringspakkerne (36), således at mindst nogle adgangsenheder underinddeles i to eller flere afkodningsenheder, og at tømme bufferen i enheder af afkodningsenhederne.

Afkoder ifølge krav 10, hvor afkoderen er indrettet til, når den søger efter tidsstyringspakkerne (36), at undersøge i hver pakke et pakketypeangivende syn-takselementafsnit, og hvis en værdi af det pakketypeangivende syntakselement-afsnit er lig med en forudbestemt værdi, at anerkende den respektive pakke som en tidsstyringspakke (36).
