Claims (15)
1. Transportør omfattende: et transportbånd (54), som har en nedre side (60) og en modsat placeret ydre transportflade (61), som bærer et lag af bulkprodukter og fremfører laget af bulkprodukter (46) i en båndbevægelsesretning, et antal hule injektorer (64), som strækker sig udad fra den ydre transportoverflade (61) ind i laget af bulkprodukter, hvorved de hule injektorer (64) har indre fluidumkanaler (36), som har udgangsporte (74), som udmunder i laget af bulkprodukter, og indgangsporte (70), kendetegnet ved, at transportøren har en procesfluidumkilde (72), som står i fluidumforbindelse med indgangsporten (70) med henblik på at levere procesfluidummet (72) via de hule injektorers (64) fluidumkanaler og udgangsportene (74) ind i laget af bulkprodukter, hvorved transportøren yderligere omfatter et andet bånd (62), som løber i båndbevægelsesretningen imellem transportbåndets (54) nedre side (60) og procesfluidumkilden (72), og hvorved transportbåndet omfatter et antal åbninger (58) igennem transportbåndet (54) fra den nedre side (60) til den ydre transportoverflade (61), og hvorved antallet af hule injektorer (64) er anbragt på det andet bånd (62) i sådanne positioner, at de strækker sig igennem åbningerne (58) i transportbåndet og ind i laget af bulkprodukter.
2. Transportør ifølge krav 1, hvorved transportbåndet har et antal afbøjelige lukkeorganer (62) til åbningerne (58), hvorved de hule injektorer (64), som er optaget i åbningerne (58), afbøjer de afbøjelige lukkeorganer (62) fra en aflukket position, som forhindrer produkterne i at falde ned i åbningerne (58), når de hule injektorer (64) ikke er til stede, til en åben position som tillader de hule injektorer (64) at passere igennem åbningerne (58) og ind i laget af bulkprodukter.
3. Transportør omfattende: et transportbånd (54), som har en nedre side (60) og en modsat placeret ydre transportflade (61), som bærer et lag af bulkprodukter og fremfører laget af bulkprodukter (46) i en båndbevægelsesretning, et antal hule injektorer (64), som strækker sig udad fra den ydre transportoverflade (61) ind i laget af bulkprodukter, hvorved de hule injektorer (64) har indre fluidumkanaler (36), som har udgangsporte (74), som udmunder i laget af bulkprodukter, og indgangsporte (70), kendetegnet ved, at transportøren har en procesfluidumkilde (72), som står i fluidumforbindelse med indgangsporten (70) med henblik på at levere procesfluidum met (72) via de hule injektorers (64) fluidumkanaler og udgangsportene (74) ind i laget af bulkprodukter, hvorved transportøren yderligere omfatter højdeindstillingsmidler (66) til indstilling af de hule injektorers (64) højde, og hvorved højdeindstillingsmidlerne omfatter motorer (100), som er indlejret i transportbåndet og selektivt aktiveres til at hæve og sænke de hule injektorer til forudbestemte højder i laget af bulkprodukter, eller højdeindstillingsmidlerne omfatter aktuatorer i umiddelbar nærhed af transportbåndet og indrettet til at indstille de hele injektorers højder til forudbestemte højder i laget af bulkprodukter eller højdeindstillingsmidlerne omfatter en lejeflade (86) under transportbåndet og en kamfølger (91), som er koblet sammen med de hule injektorer og løber på lejefladen med henblik på at indstille de hule injektorers højder over den ydre transportflade.
4. Transportør ifølge krav 3, og som yderligere omfatter en produktdybdesen-sor (120), som tilvejebringer et lastsignal, der indikerer dybden af laget af bulkprodukter, og hvorved højdeindstillingsmidlerne indstiller de hule injektorers højder over de ydre transportflader som funktion af lastsignalet.
5. Transportør ifølge krav 3, hvorved udgangsportene (74) omfatter et antal smalle spalter.
6. Transportør ifølge krav 3, hvorved indgangsporten (70) er placeret ved eller under transportbåndets nedre side, eller hvorved indgangsporten er placeret ved eller over den ydre transportflade, eller hvorved indgangsporten er placeret imellem den ydre transportflade og transportbåndets nedre side.
7. Transportør ifølge krav 3, hvorved procesfluidet vælges fra gruppen bestående af varm luft, varmt vand, damp, kold luft og koldt vand.
8. Transportbånd (10) omfattende: en nedre side (30) og en modsat placeret ydre transportflade (28) til transport af et lag af bulkprodukter, et antal hule injektorer (32), som strækker sig udad fra den ydre transportflade (28), hvorved de hule injektorer (32) har indre fluidumkanaler (36), som har udgangsporte (34), som munder ud fra de hule injektorer (32) og ud til den ydre transportflade (28), samt indgangsporte (40), kendetegnet ved, at de hule injektorer (32) er skovle, som er tildannet ud i ét med den ydre transportflade (28).
9. Transportbånd ifølge krav 8, omfattende et antal rækker (12) af en eller flere termoplastiske båndmoduler, som er hængslet forbundet med hinanden.
10. Transportbånd ifølge krav 8, hvorved udgangsportene (34) omfatter et antal smalle spalter.
11. Transportbånd ifølge krav 8, hvorved indgangsporten (40) er placeret ved eller under transportbåndets nedre side, eller hvorved indgangsporten er placeret ved eller over den ydre transportflade, eller hvorved indgangsporten er placeret imellem den ydre transportflade og transportbåndets nedre side.
12. Fremgangsmåde til indsprøjtning af et procesfluidum i et lag af bulkprodukter, som transporteres på et transportbånd (10; 54), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: transportering af et lag af bulkprodukter oven på et transportbånds ydre transportflade, som bevæger sig fremad i en båndbevægelsesretning, fremføring af et antal af hule injektorer (32; 64) sammen med transportbåndet, hvilke hule injektorer (32; 64) har indgangsporte (40; 70) i fluidumforbindelse med udgangsporte (34; 74), som er placeret i laget af bulkprodukter, levering af procesfluidum til indgangsportene og ud igennem de hule injektorers udgangsporte og ind i laget af bulkprodukter.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, og som yderligere omfatter: indstilling af de hule injektorers (64) højder over den ydre transportflade.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, og som omfatter fremføring af antallet af hule injektorer (64) med et andet bånd (62), som fremføres under transportbåndet (54).
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, og som omfatter levering af procesfluidum-met til indgangsportene (40; 70) fra transportbåndets (10; 54) underside.
