Claims (9)
1. Partikelfiltreringsindretning (1) til tørfiltrering af udstødningsgasser fra dieselmotorer, især skibsdieselmotorer, omfattende mindst to rum (10, 20), der uafhængigt er anbragt parallelt i forhold til udstødningsgassernes flow, hvor hvert af rummene er udstyret med mindst en lukkeventil (11,21) til regulering af gasflowet, som passerer gennem rummet, og endvidere omfattende et eller flere filtreringsmidler (13, 23), der er indrettet til at holde partikel- og emissionsmidlerne (14, 15, 24, 25), til generering af et modstrømgaspulsflow ved filtreringsmidlerne (13, 23), hvilken indretning endvidere omfatter en central styreenhed til betjening og styring af ventilen og af emissionsmidlerne, kendetegnet ved, at hvert af rummene (10, 20) endvidere omfatter injektionsmidler (12, 22) til indløb af varme gasser i rummet, hvilke injektionsmidler også betjenes af den centrale styreenhed.
2. Filtreringsindretning (1) ifølge det foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at filtreringsmidlerne omfatter et eller flere monolitiske keramikelementer (13, 23) med vægflow.
3. Filtreringsindretning (1) ifølge det foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der er mere end to af de monolitiske keramikelementer, og at de er anbragt parallelt med hinanden i forhold til gasflowet, der passerer gennem rummet.
4. Filtreringsindretning (1) ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at emissionsmidlerne omfatter injektorer (14, 24) og ejektorer (15, 25), der genererer et modstrømgaspulsflow ved filtreringsmidlerne (13, 23), der fjerner den aske, der har ophobet sig på filtrene.
5. Filtreringsindretning (1) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at injektormidlerne (12, 22) endvidere omfatter midler (16, 26) til forstøvning af et oxiderende reagens i en vandig opløsning.
6. Filtreringsindretning (1) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at de varme gasser udgøres af luft, der er forvarmet ved en temperatur på mellem 400 og 700° C.
7. Filtreringsindretning (1) ifølge et eller flere af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at hvert af rummene i den nedre del er i forbindelse med en beholder (100) til opsamling af partiklerne.
8. Fremgangsmåde til regenerering af filtreringsindretningen ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 7, omfattende de følgende trin: - påvirke, ved hjælp af den centrale styreenhed, lukkeventilen (11, 21) af rummet (10, 20), der skal regenereres, betjene lukningen af ventilen og reducere, eller endda standse, flowet af udstødningsgasser gennem rummet; - betjene emissionsmidlerne (14, 24, 15, 25) til at udsende et modstrømsflow af tryksat gas eller en modstrømpuls af tryksat gas ved filtreringsmidlerne (13, 23); - opsamle partiklerne i beholderen (100), kendetegnet ved, at den endvidere omfattende de følgende trin: - betjene injektormidlerne (12, 22) ved hjælp af den centrale styreenhed, indføre varme gasser i plenum af rummet, der skal regenereres; - påvirke den centrale lukkeventil (11, 21) af rummet (10, 20), der skal regenereres, ved hjælp af den centrale styreenhed, betjene åbningen ventilen, hvorved flowet af de varme gasser, der injiceres gennem dyserne (12, 22), kan passere gennem filtreringsmidlerne (13, 23).
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge det foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at trinnet med betjening af injektormidlerne (12, 22) endvidere omfatter trinnet med at betjene midlerne (16, 26) til forstøvning af et oxiderende reagens i en vandig opløsning, hvilket indebærer forstøvning af et oxiderende reagens i en vandig opløsning i rummet, der skal regenereres.
