Claims (6)
1. Et medicinsk system (10) til transkutan behandling med laserlys afen målstruktur (5) med en dybvævsmålstruktur, omfattende et laserstråleafgivelsessystem (21), der producerer en flerhed af laserstråler (1a-1d) til samtidig eller skiftevis bestråling af målstrukturen (5) fra flere retninger via hudoverfladen (2), hvori laserstrålerne (1 a-1 d) indstilles individuelt til at have et energiniveau, der ikke er tilstrækkeligt til at ablatere og / eller brænde huden (2); hvori laserstrålerne (1a-1d) haret kombineret energiniveau i deres skæringspunkt, som er tilstrækkeligt til at afbryde, ablatere eller koagulere væv, eller til at omdanne vævet til en væske, og, at det medicinske system (10) yderligere omfatter en køleindretning til afkøling af hudoverfladen (2) under bestrålingen, idet et kontrolsystem (36) er elektronisk koblet til laserstråleafgivelsessystemet (21) via en hvilken som helst kablet eller trådløs transmissionskanal, og styrer driften af laserstråleafgivelsessystemet (21) og kontrollerer en række optiske parametre med tilknytning til en aktiveret laserlyskilde (30) i laserstråleafgivelsessystemerne (21), hvori laserstråleafgivelsessystemet omfatter flere lasere (12, 14, 16, 18), der tilvejebringer flerheden af laserstråler (1 a-1 d), kendetegnet ved, at laserne (12, 14, 16, 18) er monteret på respektive aksler (22, 24, 26, 28) og kan roteres af motorer for at justere den respektive lasers vinkelorientering og retningen af laserstrålen, der udstråles fra laseren.
2. Det medicinske system (10) ifølge krav 1, hvori laserstrålerne (1 a-1 d) i deres skæringspunkt har et samlet energiniveau til opnåelse afen forudbestemt termisk gradient, der er tilstrækkelig til at behandle dybvævsmålstrukturen (5) valgt fra gruppen bestående af kollagenfibre, septale fibre, hår, blodkar, nerver, enhver type glandulært væv, overfladisk eller dybt bindevæv, kernepulposus, led, brusk, knogle, vand, fedt, svedkirtler, talgkirtler, bakterier, åreknuder og tumorceller.
3. Det medicinske system (10) ifølge et af kravene 1 eller 2, hvori laserstrålerne (1 a-1 d) i deres skæringspunkt har et samlet energiniveau til opnåelse af en forudbestemt termisk gradient, der er tilstrækkelig til at behandle dybvævs-målstrukturen (5), når denne svarer til en lidelse valgt fra gruppen bestående af cellulitis, hyperhidrose, cancer, rygsmerter, akne, tumorer, hypertriki, fedtvæv, uregelmæssigheder i huden, hudstramning og øjenlidelse.
4. Det medicinske system (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvori laserstråleafgivelsessystemet (21) omfatter en laser, der anvender spejle, roterende elementer, scannere, eller andre anordninger, der kan rette stråler fra forskellige retninger mod dybvævsmålstrukturen (5).
5. Det medicinske system (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvori hver laserstråle (1 a-1 d) er kontinuerlig eller pulseret.
6. Det medicinske system ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvori laserstrålerne (1 a-1 d) genereres på samme tid, eller skiftevis, eller gentages for at opnå den forudbestemte termiske gradient ved dybvævsmålstrukturen (5).
