Claims (13)
1. Behandlingsindretning til biologiske og kemiske prøver omfattende - en mikrofluidindretning, -en anordning af mikrofluidadgangshuller i mikrofluidindretningen til henholdsvis at indsprøjte fluid i og opsamle fluid fra et fladt mikrofluidkammer, hvor anordningen af mikrofluidadgangshuller er udformet til advektiv transport af flui-diske substanser og reagenser i mikrofluidkammeret på en ensartet måde, - indløbsåbninger og mikrofluidkanaler, der er udformet uden på kammeret, hvor mikrofluidkanalerne er forbundet med mikrofluidadgangshullerne og kendetegnet ved - en individuelt tilpasset tætnende O-ring, der er positioneret på en side af mikrofluidindretningen, hvor behandlingsindretningen til biologiske og kemiske prøver er udformet således, at en aftagelig plade, der indeholder prøver, såsom immobiliserede enheder, biologiske prøver eller molekyler kan bringes i kontakt med mikrofluidindretningens tætningsring til dannelse af det mikroflui-diske og højtrykbestandige og flade mikrofluidkammer med stor flade og mindst en væg, der udgøres af den aftagelige plade.
2. Behandlingsindretning til biologiske og kemiske prøver ifølge krav 1, der omfatter trykdrevne flowgenererende midler, der bevirker en trykforskel mellem indløb og udløb til frembringelse af et fluidflow inden i mikrofluidkammeret.
3. Behandlingsindretning til biologiske og kemiske prøver ifølge krav 1, omfattende elektrokinetisk flow-genererende midler til tilvejebringelse af et fluidflow inden i mikrofluidkammeret ved at påføre en elektrisk potentialdifference mellem to vilkårlige eller flere punkter af mikrofluidkammeret, mikrofluidkanalerne og mikrofluidadgangshullerne.
4. Behandlingsindretning til biologiske og kemiske prøver ifølge krav 1, omfattende termisk induceret flow-genererende midler til tilvejebringelse af et fluidflow inden i mikrofluidkammeret ved at inducere fluidisk flow ved at generere en temperaturdifference mellem to vilkårlige eller flere punkter af mikrofluidkammeret, mikrofluidkanalerne og mikrofluidadgangshullerne.
5. Behandlingsindretning til biologiske og kemiske prøver ifølge et af de foregående krav, der omfatter et varmeelement og en temperatursensor til at indstille og styre temperaturen på fluiden, der er indesluttet i mikrofluidkammeret, mikrofluidkanalerne og mikrofluidadgangshullerne.
6. Behandlingsindretning til biologiske og kemiske prøver ifølge et af de foregående krav, der inkorporer lysdetektorer og -kilder eller et array af lysdetektorer og -kilder, der er fremstillet med siliciummikroelektronikteknologi til digital billeddannelse af enheder, der er immobiliseret på en glasplade til lysfelt- eller fluorescensdetektering.
7. Behandlingsindretning til biologiske og kemiske prøver ifølge et af de foregående krav, der omfatter mikrolinse-arrays, polariserings- og/eller fluorescenslysfiltre, der er anbragt foran lysdetektorer og -kilder eller et array af disse lysdetektorer og -kilder.
8. Behandlingsindretning til biologiske og kemiske prøver ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor kammerhøjden er mindre end 100 pm.
9. Behandlingsindretning til biologiske og kemiske prøver ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor mikrofluidadgangshullerne til indstrømning og udstrømning er anbragt langs kanter af mikrofluidkammeret.
10. Behandlingsindretning til biologiske og kemiske prøver ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor mikrofluidadgangshullerne omfatter huller til indstrømning, der er anbragt langs en kant af mikrofluidkammeret, og huller til udstrømning, der er anbragt langs en modsat kant af mikrofluidkammeret.
11. Behandlingsindretning til biologiske og kemiske prøver ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor mikrofluidadgangshullerne er vertikale og strækker sig mellem en topside og en bundside af mikrofluidindretningen, hvor bundsiden vender mod mikrofluidkammeret, og mikrofluidkanalerne danner en fordelt netværkskanal på topsiden.
12. Fremgangsmåde til behandling af biologiske og kemiske prøver, der udføres ved anvendelse af behandlingsindretningen til biologiske og kemiske prøver ifølge det foregående krav, omfattende trinnene: - at opnå pladerne med enheder på en eller flere sider manuelt eller automatisk; - at etablere det dannede kammer ved at inkorporere pladerne i mikrofluidind-retningen manuelt eller automatisk; - at udsætte enhederne på pladerne sekventielt for passende fluidiske eller reaktive substanser i foruddefinerede tidsrum og ved foruddefinerede temperaturer; - at udsætte enhederne på pladerne sekventielt for passende fluidiske eller reaktive substanser i foruddefinerede tidsrum og ved foruddefinerede temperaturer til indikation på detektering.
13. Anvendelse af en indretning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 11 til at udsætte enheder på pladens overflade for en passende fluidisk eller reaktiv substans eller en sekvens af passende fluidiske reaktive substanser i foruddefinerede tidsrum, hvor anvendelsen omfatter mindst en af følgende: i- en histokemisk proces ii. en cytokemisk proces iii. en immunohistokemisk proces iv. en immunocytokemisk proces v. en immunohistofluorescensproces vi. en immunocytofluorescensproces vii. en in situ-hybridiseringsproces viii. en in situ-fluorescenshybridiseringsproces ix. en antigenhentningsproces X. en epitophentningsproces xi. en varmeinduceret antigenhentningsproces xii. en varmeinduceret epitophentningsproces xiii. en paraffinopløsnings- eller ætsningsproces xiv. en farvningproces
