Claims (15)
1. Absorberende cellulosebane, der har en variabel lokal basisvægt omfattende et mønstret papirmassefibernet forsynet med: (a) en flerhed af langstrakte fortættede områder (14) af komprimerede papirmassefibre, hvor de langstrakte fortættede områder (14) (i) har en relativt lav lokal basisvægt og for- og bagkanter og er orienteret generelt langs maskinretningen (MD) af banen, og (ii) er anbragt i et gentagende mønster af en flerhed af generelt parallelle lineære arrays, der er langsgående forskudte i forhold til hinanden, således at en flerhed af mellemliggende lineære arrays er anbragt mellem et par af tværmaskinretning (CD)-orienterede fortættede områder (14); og (b) en flerhed af fiberberigede, plisserede områder (12), der haren relativt høj lokal basisvægt og er indflettet mellem og forbundet med de fortættede områder (14), hvor de plisserede områder (12) har kamme, der strækker sig generelt i CD'en af banen, hvor de generelt parallelle lineære arrays af fortættede områder (14) er positioneret og konfigureret, således at et fiberberiget område (12) mellem et par af CD-orienterede fortættede områder (14) strækker sig i CD'en uhindret af forkanten eller bagkanten af fortættede områder (14) af mindst et mellemliggende lineært array deraf.
2. Den absorberende cellulosebane ifølge krav 1, hvor de langstrakte fortættede områder (14) er yderligere kendetegnet ved et MD-/CD-formatforhold på mindst 1,5, fortrinsvis af et MD-/CD-formatforhold på større end 5, og mere fortrinsvis af et MD-/CD-formatforhold på mellem omkring 6 og 10.
3. Den absorberende cellulosebane ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor de fiberberigede, plisserede områder (12) har en fiberorienteringstendens langs CD'en af banen, og/eller de langstrakte fortættede områder (14) har en fiberorienteringstendens langs CD'en af banen.
4. Den absorberende cellulosebane ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor de langstrakte fortættede områder (14) er i alt væsentligt identiske.
5. Den absorberende cellulosebane ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor de fiberberigede, plisserede områder (12) er afgrænset ved laterale ekstremiteter af et CD-spatieret par af CD-orienterede fortættede områder (14).
6. Den absorberende cellulosebane ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor de fiberberigede, plisserede områder (12) er mindst delvist afgrænset i MD'en af for- og bagkanterne.
7. Den absorberende cellulosebane ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor banen har en hulrumsvolumen på lig med eller større end 7 gram/gram og op til 15 gram/gram.
8. Den absorberende cellulosebane ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor banen har en hulrumsvolumen på lig med eller større end 8 gram/gram og op til 12 gram/gram.
9. Den absorberende cellulosebane ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor banen har en basisvægt i et område fra 13 gsm til 57 gsm, og en hulrumsvolumen større end 7 gram/gram.
10. Den absorberende cellulosebane ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, der har en CD-strækkeevne på større end 5 %.
11. Den absorberende cellulosebane ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor banen omfatter papirmassefiber, der er mindst omkring 10 vægtprocent af genbrugsfiber, fortrinsvis mindst omkring 50 vægtprocent af genbrugsfiber, og mere fortrinsvis mellem omkring 75 og 100 vægtprocent af genbrugsfiber.
12. Den absorberende cellulosebane ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor de fortættede områder (14) optager fra omkring 5 % til omkring 30 % af arealet af banen, og de fiberberigede, plisserede områder (12) optager fra omkring 50 % til omkring 95 % af arealet af banen.
13. Den absorberende cellulosebane ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor repræsentative områder inden for de fiberberigede, plisserede områder (12) udviser en karakteristisk lokal basisvægt mindst 25 % højere end en karakteristisk lokal basisvægt af repræsentative områder inden for de langstrakte fortættede områder (14).
14. Den absorberende cellulosebane ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor banen har en specifik bulk på større end 5,5 ((mils/8 lag)/(lb/ream)) (større end 0,085 (mm/8 lag/gsm)) og (i) haren hulrumsvolumen på 9 gram/gram eller større når banen har en basisvægt af 23 lb/ream (37,5 gsm) eller mindre og (ii) har en hulrumsvolumen på 7 gram/gram eller større når banen har en basisvægt på større end 23 Ibs/ream (37,5 gsm).
15. Den absorberende cellulosebane ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor de fiberberigede områder (12) strækker sig i CD'en en afstand på fra omkring 0,25 til omkring 3 gange en afstand, som de langstrakte fortættede områder (14) strækker sig i MD'en, hvor de langstrakte fortættede områder (14) har et MD-/CD-formatforhold på større end 2.
