Claims (7)
- PAT E N T K RAV1. Indretning til implantering af i det mindste et stent-element (10) i et hult organ, hvor indretningen omfatter i det mindste et skaft (5) med en proksimal ende og en distal ende med en atraumatisk spids (6), og hvor adskillige stent-elementer (10) uafhængigt af hinanden er anbragt i skaftet (5) i indbyrdes afstand ved siden af hinanden på en tråd, en wire eller en bøsning, og som er udformede som en aksial line (L), hvor skaftet (5) forhindrer en ekspansion af stent-elementerne (10), kendetegnet ved, at et eller flere afstandsstykker (12) er anbragt imellem stent-elementerne (10) på den aksiale line (L), og stent-elementerne (10) med de respektive tilstødende afstandselementer (12) er forankrede ved hjælp afen udløselig forbindelse, som kan adskilles ved en ekspansion af stent-elementet (10), og at afstandselementerne (12) er ikke-løsbart forbundet med den aksiale line.
- 2. Indretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at de respektive stent-elementer (10) er definerede ved en kappeflade (2) med materialefrie områder (3) og materialebrostykker (4).
- 3. Indretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at en højde af kappefladen (2) for i det mindste ét stent-element (10) varierer over en omkreds af kappefladen.
- 4. Indretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at et maksimum for højden (h1) af kappefladen (2) er anbragt modstående på omkredsen af en minimal højde (h2) af højden af kappefladen.
- 5. Indretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at i det mindste et stent-element (10) har et forhold imellem sin maksimale højde af kappefladen (2) og sin diameter på imellem 0,5 og 6.
- 6. Indretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den eller de nævnte afstandsholdere (12) har en i forhold til stent-elementerne (10) komplementær form.
- 7. Indretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at inden for skaftet (5) og bag den med stent-elementer (10) forsynede aksiale line (L) er der anbragt et fyldmateriale (7).
